‘Teen Mom 2’ Jenelle Evans Is ‘So Happy And Blessed’ To Have Boyfriend David Eason

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and her boyfriend, David Eason, are going strong about 7 months into their relationship.

While the reality star is often known for her tumultuous relationships with men, including her relationship with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith, Evans appears to have turned over a new leaf with Eason and often speaks fondly of him online.

On April 14, Jenelle Evans took to Twitter, where she spoke of her happiness with Eason.

“So happy and blessed to have a man that rather hangout with me over his friends. Where were you at all my life?!” she asked.

Although many fans suggested a relationship without time with friends was unhealthy, Jenelle Evans assured her fans and followers that Eason chose to be with her over his friends as he is away working all week.

“He chooses to,” Jenelle Evans explained. “All week he’s at work and I’m hanging out with @mrswilshire usually. Then the weekend comes and we missed each other and have all the kids so we are pretty occupied by family.”

Jenelle Evans began dating Eason in early fall of last year after her engagement to Griffith came to an abrupt end months prior.

On April 14, Jenelle Evans was on Instagram, where she shared a meme about “kings.”

“All the guys that have eyes for one girl. You are the real kings,” the message read.

Currently, as she enjoys her relationship with Eason, Jenelle Evans is in the midst of two custody battles, one with her mother, Barbara Evans, who has full custody of her son Jace, 6, and another with Nathan Griffith, the father of her youngest son Kaiser, 1.

“It’s just a lot of butting heads right now,” Evans explained to People Magazine of her relationship with Griffith last month. “I think he’s really not putting all personal issues aside – he’s not making it just about Kaiser.”

According to Jenelle Evans, Griffith is jealous of her new boyfriend and likely isn’t over her.

“I think he’s really jealous of David. Every time we talk, he doesn’t even really ask about Kaiser,” Jenelle Evans said of Griffith. “He just asks how I’m doing and what I’m up to lately… I don’t think he is sure of his current relationship, or he hasn’t let go [of me] yet.”

In addition to Jenelle Evans’ custody battles, the reality star is also in the midst of an assault case due to an August 2015 arrest which occurred after she allegedly hit Griffith’s girlfriend, Jessica Henry, in the head with a glass cup.

According to People Magazine‘s report, Jenelle Evans attempted to throw water on Henry, who was advised against coming to her home prior to the incident, but she allegedly lost control of the cup and it slid out of her hand. In response, claimed Jenelle Evans, Henry picked up the glass and threw it back at her.

Because Henry denies getting physical with Jenelle Evans, the case is ongoing, and while Evans hoped the couple would drop the case against her, they have no immediate plans to do so. Instead, Evans said, Griffith has stated that a person like her shouldn’t get away with “something like that.”
