Paris Jackson Wants To Tattoo Her Father’s Birthday On Her Back

Paris Jackson, late pop legend Michael Jackson’s only daughter, deeply misses her father. That, above all else, is painfully clear. If one needs further proof of how much of a void Jackson’s death left in Paris’ life, one needs only look at the shrine she constructed in his honor. Now, it would seem, her need to connect with her late father has prompted the girl to consider getting a tattoo.

However, this isn’t just any tattoo. According to E! News, Paris is interested in getting Michael Jackson’s birthday permanently inked onto her back. Her reasoning: By tattooing August 29 on her skin, her father will always be with her.

“i kinda want to get August XXIX tatted on my back,” she recently tweeted. Of course, it didn’t take too long for some of her followers to claim she was too young for a tattoo. To this, Paris replied, “lol y’all are trippin trying to tell me not to get the tat, when u guys don’t even know what it means.. it’s my dads bday get over it lmao.”

Paris, who has been in the center of some troubling family turmoil as of late, is no doubt her dad’s biggest fan. Earlier this week, the 14-year-old put together a photo shrine to her father. After posting a photo of her project on Twitter, The Daily Mail reports that people were quick to offer up some snarky comments.

“someone commented on my pic saying ‘obsessed much?’ yeaa u better believe it… a whole wall of his pics is the LEAST i could do #dedication,” Paris fired back.

Michael Jackson, also known around the world as the King of Pop, died on June 25, 2009. He was 50-years-old.

What do you think? Is Paris Jackson too young for a tattoo, or is a tribute to her father appropriate in this instance?
