Blac Chyna, Rob Kardashian Engagement: Bestie Amber Rose Creates MuvaMoji Emoticon To Celebrate Event
While it’s unclear how the Kardashian camp feels about Rob’s engagement to Blac Chyna (crickets, anyone?), it’s obvious that at least one person is beyond thrilled with the development in the relationship: Blac Chyna’s close friend, Amber Rose.
Soon after Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian announced their engagement via Instagram on Tuesday morning, Amber Rose followed with an Instagram post of her own in which she congratulated the newly engaged couple.
Rose captioned the photo, “Congratulations to my Family @blacchyna and @robkardashian!!! Pease don’t let nothing or no one tear u guys apart! I never seen my sis so happy and I couldn’t be more happy for her! Sometimes we find love in the strangest places Lol God Bless you 2! Now let’s get this wedding together so y’all can start making some babies #TrueLove #putaringonitsouknowitsreal #BlacRob” The photo is the same one Blac Chyna posted to her own Instagram account to announce the engagement to Rob Kardashian.
But that wasn’t all. Later in the day, Amber Rose shared that a brand new emoji had been created in her new MuvaMoji app. Rose released the app on Thursday, and she’s using the Rob Kardashian-Blac Chyna engagement to add to the emoji app — which already boasts more than 950 Amber Rose-inspired emojis.

The engagement congrats and update from Amber Rose came on a day when little has been heard from any of the Kardashian family members about Rob Kardashian’s engagement. Typically, the Kardashian and Jenner women are fairly outspoken via social media when it comes to life events, but as TMZ reports, this particular life update has garnered not a word from the women.
In fact, only Tyga — who is dating Kylie Jenner — has spoken about the Blac Chyna-Rob Kardashian engagement. Tyga is in a unique situation because he also used to be engaged to Blac Chyna, and together they have a 3-year-old son, King Cairo Stevenson. It appears that Tyga only spoke out about Rob and Blac’s engagement in order to defend his son and assert that King Cairo’s happiness is important above all else.

According to media reports, Tyga’s relationship with Blac Chyna has, at times, made Blac’s relationship with Rob rather difficult. When the news was first revealed in January that Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna had hooked up, many of the Kardashian and Jenner women reportedly went into a tailspin. Blac and Kylie Jenner have had public feuds via social media for years, and reports indicated that the sisters believed Rob to be “disloyal” for hooking up with Blac.
Other reports questioned Blac Chyna’s motivations in hooking up with Rob Kardashian. Perhaps that’s why Blac’s close friend, Amber Rose, professed so much happiness and excitement at the news of Rob and Blac’s engagement. After all, who doesn’t like to see their friends achieve happiness in the face of adversity?
