Twins Four Foot Butts: 2000 Squats Per Day Can Change The Entire Shape Of Your Derrière, Here’s How These Twins Did It

Squats have often been considered the natural way to achieve the perfect derrière, but now, identical twins Miriam and Michelle Carolu have jaw-dropping results that prove the process really works. According to the New York Post, Miriam and Michelle have “four foot butts” as a result of their rigorous squat routine, which consists of a whopping 2,000 squats a day. That’s right — 2,000 squats each day.

During a recent interview with Barcroft, the twins discussed their daily 2,000 squat routine and diet. Apparently, the twins credited much of their success to their ability to remain disciplined and dedicated to executing a repetitive daily routine. Although many people become bored with mundane tasks, the twins have adjusted to their exercise and dietary habits, and pride themselves on repeating the cycle each day to get the butt they desire.

“We make sure we eat the same, exercise the same — everything the same,” Michelle told Barcroft of their workout routine. “We try to do a couple of thousand squats a day to keep in shape. It won’t be all at the same time. It will usually be stretched over something like nine hours.”

“We will work out the exact same and make sure that if one of us has done more, the other will have to catch up,” Miriam said. “We generally stick to a healthy diet and it’s the same all the time. We are very strict about this.”

Since the twins typically stick to the same workout routine and 2,000 squat regimen, they never have a problem critiquing their work. All they have to do is look in the mirror because they’re bodies and butts are strikingly similar as they’ve put in the same amount of hard work to achieve the healthy look they have. “It’s like a mirror. If I ever want to know if I’m looking good or not I will just look at my sister,” Michelle adds.

The twins also explained how they’ve caught the attention of social media users who are mesmerized by their amazing “four foot butts” and how 2,000 daily squats can produce such drastic changes overtime. Due to their success, the twins have received modeling opportunities that have earned them more than $30,000. Two years ago, they made their debut in the modeling industry as the “Double Dose Twins.” Now, they have an Instagram following with more than 250,000 loyal followers. Michelle went on to explain how their modeling journey began and their progress, thus far.

“It started off with Instagram. We’d never had social media before then. We posted a picture and got a lot of attention for the first shoot we did,” Michelle explains. “We’ve have a lot of bookings for magazines and offers to travel. Modeling is actually a lot of fun.”

In a socially-inspired world that promotes the idea of cosmetic surgery and plastic surgery to sculpt and perfect certain areas of the body, many social media users have wondered if the twins’ eye-catching “four foot butts” are real and if 2,000 daily squats can really get the job done. Ironically, the twins both work for a Miami-based plastic surgery facility, but have admitted they’ve only invested in plastic surgery for breast implants. Both twins have upgraded their B-cups to D-cups, but adamantly refuse to have any cosmetic work done to their butts because 2,000 daily squats gets the job done.

“We would never consider surgery on our butts — our workout plan pretty much takes care of that,” Miriam shared. “And when you do it naturally through hard work, it makes you feel a lot better about yourself.”

Of course, the twins’ place of employment has led many social media users to speculate about whether or not their butts are natural, but they adamantly insist 2,000 daily squats has led to their success and recent studies may support their arguments.

Although squats have long been credited as the natural way to achieve the perfect butt, there’s actually more benefits that go beyond the physical result of knocking down 2,000 squats per day. As previously reported on Inquisitr, studies have shown that women with big butts have more than just “assets.” Women with bigger butts have also been considered highly intelligent, healthier, and they even birth more intelligent children, according to Curvology: The Origins and Power of Female Body Shape, a research book written and released in 2015 by David Bainbridge, a reproductive biologist at Cambridge University.

So, maybe 2,000 daily squats has more benefits than most people initially thought. Do you think big butts an indicator of health and intelligence? Do you believe the twins’ four foot butts are a result of executing 2,000 squats per day? Share your thoughts.
