Season 7 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey doesn’t even have an official airdate yet, but that doesn’t mean the drama between the cast members hasn’t already started.
According to a new report by Radar Online , the ladies of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey are already at war , as Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita are allegedly at each other’s throats before the New Jersey series even has a premiere date.
The insider revealed to the site that Teresa Giudice’s sister-in-law and friend-turned-archenemy are seriously feuding while filming Season 7 of the New Jersey version of the Real Housewives franchise, going as far as to claim that Jacqueline now “hates” Melissa.
“Jacqueline despises Melissa,” the site’s Real Housewives of New Jersey insider is claiming of Gorga and Laurita, adding that “Jacqueline doesn’t want anything to do with her” on the show, “She hates her.”
The site is claiming that things boiled over between Laurita and Gorga at a recent housewarming party for Dolores Catania, who has long appeared on The Real Housewives of New Jersey as a friend of the Manzo, Giudice, and Laurita families, on March 25 where producers of the show allegedly wanted Melissa and Jacqueline to confront each other over their supposed recent drama.
However, Radar Online ‘s source revealed that Gorga “flipped out” when producers suggested she speak with Jacqueline, who she has famously been friendly with since joining the series at the beginning of Season 3, and supposedly “refused” to speak with Laurita, her long time co-star.
Melissa “refused to go over to Jacqueline and said that she is Melissa Gorga and she doesn’t approach people, that they have to come to her,” Radar Online ‘s source alleged, adding that the “confrontation never took place” in the way The Real Housewives of New Jersey producers had originally planned.
But while the site is reporting Gorga and Laurita didn’t confront each other at the housewarming party last week, the Real Housewives of New Jersey insider confirmed that there was definitely “tension” between Melissa and Jacqueline at the event.
“Tensions were super high,” the insider revealed, adding that “Melissa felt uncomfortable when she walked into the room” because of her recent drama with Jacqueline, who has been on the show since it first debuted in 2009.
“Jacqueline doesn’t care about Melissa and didn’t care what the producers wanted her to do. She’s done with Melissa,” Radar Online ‘s Real Housewives source added.
Though it’s not clear why Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita are allegedly feuding, it appears that the upcoming seventh season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is set to be one of the most dramatic yet.
Real Mr. Housewife alleged earlier this month that a new cast member was actually removed from the Bravo series after making threats of bodily harm against Laurita.
According to the site, newbie Robyn Levy “tried to make a scene for herself to try to be a full time Housewife” during a recent Real Housewives of New Jersey cast trip to Vermont with Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Jacqueline Laurita, which turned so ugly that the new cast member had to be removed and sent back to the Garden State.
The site revealed that Levy supposedly “attempted to pick a huge fight with Jacqueline Laurita” that escalated into Robyn making “threats to Jacqueline,” which allegedly also included “threatening physical harm against her.”
Bravo and The Real Housewives of New Jersey then had Levy removed from the trip as a result, which scarpered her change of becoming a full time housewife.
