Khloe Kardashian made sure that she did not miss her workout the day after a good Easter lunch. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star not only made sure that she made it to the gym, she was also seen working harder than usual. Khloe posted a picture of herself face down on the floor, and the text across the picture read, “Wo’man’ down — Workouts With Koko.”
Khloe captioned the picture, “An hour of soul cycle and a session with Gunnar and Kim was tough! But I had to set the tone for the week. I ate like a beast this weekend. MUST FIND SELF CONTROL.”
It’s clear that Khloe is definitely working hard to keep her “revenge body” in shape.
Khloe has been posting rather hot pictures of herself in several outfits as she started shooting for her show Revenge Body. Khloe’s enthusiasm to lose weight and keep a strict check on her weight has led the star to achieve a body that many just dream of. Deadline has said the six-episode debut season will be aired on the E! Network, the channel that also airs the reality TV series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Although a premiere date is still not set, the show will be called Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian.
“When Eli Frankel brought us this terrific idea, it was clear that this series is exactly the type of show that we are looking to do as Lionsgate grows its unscripted programming slate,” said Jennifer O’Connell, Executive Vice President, Alternative Programming for Lionsgate Television.
It looks like Khloe is just as excited about the show as the rest of the crew, so much so that she does not want to miss out on any workouts.
“We are thrilled to be working with Khloé, Ryan and the entire team at E! who are on the forefront of pop culture,” the makers of the show said.
Khloe does not refrain from sharing tips with her fans. She says she eats foods that are “closest to their natural state”.
Gunnar Peterson, who Khloe even mentions in her post, shares the secrets of her celebrity body. Hollywood Life has reported that Khloe Kardashian lost a staggering 35 pounds by following a strict diet and exercise regimen. And her trainer has nothing but good words to say about Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. He says she absolutely loves fitness and never cancels on him.
“She never cancels. It can be a night where she’s short on sleep. It can be a day where she has an engagement for that day. She may have something at 8 — then we’re going at 6.”
It looks like Khloe has nothing but hard work to give when it comes to her career goals.
However, there have been several rumors surrounding Khloe Kardashian that suggest the reality star may have gotten some work done to look so attractive. She even posted a picture of herself in signature black top and jeans that accentuated her derriere. However, her fans had nothing but negative comments.
One fan said, “How the f*** iz that normal…must. have some image issues if you need to look this deformed.”
Another one went on to say, “You’re right I don’t look like her… I look better and I’m natural????????”
However, Khloe Kardashian has some favorable views when it comes to plastic surgery. She says that it’s just like dyeing her hair.
“When you dye your hair, you’re changing who you are, and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. I think people should get plastic surgery or fillers or lasers or whatever if they want it — that should be your own personal decision. I just don’t like when someone else is like, ‘Man, I only want to date a girl if they have big tits,’ and then a girl’s like, ‘I gotta get double-Ds.’ If you want them, great. If you’re doing that for your man, that’s when it bothers me,” Khloe Kardashian said.
