‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Liz Tells Laura About Hayden’s Identity, Tracy Scrambles To Form New Plan, Nathan Tells Maxie The Truth [Video]

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that secrets and lies will be uncovered starting Monday for the week of March 28 through April 1. What will happen to Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) now that Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher), Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) and Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) know her true identity? ABC released a sneak peek which teased that Liz wanted to call the police and let them deal with Rachel, but Laura desperately tried to convince Liz not to call the cops, out of fear that Rachel could implicate Nik in some way.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reported that Liz runs to Laura in the attic after learning about Hayden’s true identity. Laura says the name Rachel Berlin sounded familiar but wasn’t sure why. Liz clued her in about the financial crimes that her father committed, and the case was plastered all over the media. A few months ago, Tracy (Jane Elliot) talked about Hayden’s past with her and revealed that she had plastic surgery before arriving in Port Charles. If she did have plastic surgery, that is why no one recognized her face when arriving in town.

General Hospital spoilers note that Liz is determined to lash out and see that Hayden faces persecution from the whole city after her identity is exposed. Laura isn’t as quick to call the police because she worries that Hayden could tell them that Nik had ordered a hit on her and wanted her dead. If that’s not bad enough, it could land Laura and Liz in hot water, too, because they knew about the incident. After talking to Liz, Laura was able to calm her down; they agreed to let Nik figure out the best course of action with Hayden.

Other General Hospital spoilers tease that Tracy will find another way to use her “secret weapon.” Tracy’s plans are going to hit a major snag when she learns that her weapon, Hayden, was exposed. Nik isn’t going to sign ELQ over to her now. Will Tracy be able to figure out a new game plan to gain control of ELQ?

It looks like Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) will share some more of his past with Maxine (Kirsten Storms). The secrets between them have bothered Nathan, and he knows he needs to come clean. His best friend and partner, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) told him just to talk to her and it will all work out. Will he take his advice, or will he continue to keep her in the dark which may only fuel more problems in their relationship?

Other General Hospital spoilers suggest Morgan (Bryan Craig) is determined to reclaim his life. Now that Kiki (Erin Hayley) is going to be okay, he can focus on his own health. Kiki encouraged him to focus on his mental health and to get treatment that would help him live a happy and healthy life. Will Morgan listen to her, and focus on his mental illness? Once he is in a better mental state, will Kiki give him another chance? It seems likely they will try again after everything calms down for them.
