Gizelle Bryant Talks Karen Huger’s Behavior: Potomac Housewife Enjoys The Drama?

Gizelle Bryant may have been labeled as the rude housewife on The Real Housewives of Potomac, but it sounds like Gizelle is now just the spectator during the season finale. As it turns out, Bryant wasn’t sure whether the rumor about Karen Huger was true, but when she saw it play out in front of her own eyes, she was entertained. Even though her co-stars were clearly hurt by everything that had happened, she talked about bringing out the popcorn to watch the entertainment happen.

According to a new Bravo report, Gizelle Bryant is now revealing that she really wanted Karen and Ashley Darby to work things out and had hoped they would work things out at her party.

“The cease fire with Kal happened so quickly that it’s just Murphy’s Law that Ashley and Karen would not be able to patch things up so fast. However, a girl like me can always dream the impossible dream. I didn’t mind Ashley and Karen talking. I was actually giving them the space to do just that with the HOPE of them eventually taking smiley selfies. But there was a big fat pin that popped my hope balloon. My party was too important so they forced me to put on my black and white striped shirt and call TIME OUT,” Gizelle reveals in her Bravo blog.

Of course, Bryant is known for speaking out and sharing her thoughts even if no one asks for them. So it isn’t surprising that she decided to call time out between the ladies. She just wanted them to take the drama elsewhere. But it sounds like she changes her tune a bit, as she starts enjoying the drama that plays out.

“As soon as Ashley said that Karen didn’t want Rayvin around all the ladies I knew that couldn’t be true. I did want immediate clarity because that didn’t sound like something Karen would say. However, Karen’s reaction to Ashley bringing up Rayvin….talk about classic high drama. Karen pointed her two fingers at Ashley, all I could think was where is my terry cloth robe, fuzzy slippers, and bucket of popcorn. I am watching the Color Purple. ‘Til you do right by me…everything you even think about gonna fail.’ Karen please get your acceptance speech ready because the Oscar is YOURS,” Gizelle Bryant points out, clearly cheering on her friend.

But Huger was already a bit upset with Darby from previous episodes. Darby had invited all of the ladies to her beach house for a girls trip, but when Michael showed up, Karen made a huge deal out of it. She felt disrespected and was clearly hurt by the entire thing. And she didn’t hold back in her Bravo blog when asked about the sudden surprise visit from Michael.

“I was shocked and disappointed that Ashley said that she did not care that her guest felt uncomfortable after Michael showed up. This absolutely changed my opinion of Ashley, especially after she made it abundantly clear when we were invited, that no one with protrusions in their pants would be in the house during the weekend. BOOM!” Karen has revealed about the beach house drama that went down because Michael decided to show up unannounced, according to Reality Tea.

And Gizelle Bryant seemed to agree with Karen, backing her up in everything she was saying.

And Gizelle Bryant wasn’t too happy with Ashley Darby either, as she got to sleep in a twin bed during the beach weekend. And Gizelle made such a big deal about it that she was looking at various hotels in the area.
