Miley Cyrus Angers Jodie Sweetin Fans By Sharing Racy Photos, Wants A Pizza Date With Hilary Duff?
Everywhere you look on Miley Cyrus’ Instagram page, there are raunchy pictures of the pop star showing plenty of skin. However, two of Miley’s more covered-up snapshots are causing more of a commotion than the numerous photos that show her wearing nothing but nipple pasties. This is because the photos in question feature a different former child star being naughty—Miley Cyrus recently upset Fuller House fans by sharing two racy throwback photos of Jodie Sweetin flashing her bra and giving her ex a lap dance.
Miley Cyrus was presumably binge-watching Fuller House on Netflix when she shared the split-screen photos below that show Jodie Sweetin wearing a pair of purple pants and straddling Cody Herpin. Miley edited Herpin’s face in both pictures, but it’s unclear whose blurry mug she decided to paste over his face. One of Miley’s followers speculated that the face belongs to Sweetin’s Full House co-star Dave Coulier.
According to Us Weekly, Some of Miley Cyrus’ Instagram followers thought that the “Wrecking Ball” singer was mocking or mean-girling Jodie Sweetin by sharing the raunchy throwback photos.
“Karma accelerates for those lacking compassion,” one commenter wrote. “You could have built this woman up with kindness instead of your mockery.”
“This is just wrong,” another wrote. “You are such a horrible person. Maybe instead of hurting others, you look at yourself and focus on YOUR life. At least Jodie got hers back together!”
Other commenters claimed that Miley Cyrus was being a bully, ruining Jodie Sweetin’s life, and “making fun of recovery.”
According to TMZ, the photos of Jodie Sweetin and Cody Herpin were taken in July 2007 at the Area club in Los Angeles. Jodie has confessed that she struggled with addiction to drugs and alcohol for many years, and the picture above is from the time period before she got her life back on track. People reports that the Fuller House star will celebrate five years of being sober this month.
“I not only put myself in danger, but also my daughter, who I loved more than anything. I felt terrible,” Jodie wrote in her memoir, UnSweetined. “I got a call that there was an emergency custody investigation because of my drinking.”
Jodie says that this was her big wake-up call.
“I made some really poor choices,” she told Today host Matt Lauer in 2009. “But now I’m almost a year clean and sober and I hope that [Zoie] will never have to see some of the things I did before.”
Hopefully, 7-year-old Zoie doesn’t have access to Miley Cyrus’ Instagram page.
Perhaps Miley Cyrus decided to throw a little shade at Jodie Sweetin because she’s not a big fan of meth, which was one of various drugs Jodie abused back in the day. According to Perez Hilton, Miley has admitted to being a big fan of molly and weed. However, she once complained about the TV series Breaking Bad being little more than a meth cooking show.
“America is just so weird in what they think is right and wrong,” Miley said during a 2013 interview with Rolling Stone. “Like, I was watching Breaking Bad the other day, and they were cooking meth. I could literally cook meth because of that show. It’s a how-to.”
She went on to say that she doesn’t understand why it was okay for Breaking Bad to show fans how to cook meth while the word “molly” was bleeped out during her performance of “We Can’t Stop” at the MTV VMAs.
Miley Cyrus might not be Jodie Sweetin’s biggest fan, but she has lots of love for another blonde former child star. According to Perez Hilton, Miley recently took to Instagram to share what appears to be a photo from the Tinder dating profile of Lizzie McGuire actress Hilary Duff. Miley revealed that she’d definitely swipe right on Duff, and she seemingly invited her fellow former Disney star out on a pizza date.
Maybe Miley Cyrus is looking to Netflix and chill with Hilary Duff during a date night that includes a Fuller House marathon and plenty of pepperoni.
