Katherine Jackson Wanted TJ Jackson To Take Custody Of MJ Children
TJ Jackson wasn’t the only family member of Michael Jackson who wanted him to take over custody of MJ’s three children, in court documents his lawyers claimed that current guardian and grandma Katherine Jackson supported his role as guardian.
Before today’s hearing TJ filed documents with the court in which he claimed Katherine was being manipulated by various members of the Jackson clan who were determined to control her life and ultimately her Jackson estate finances.
TJ further claims that either Janet or Rebbie actually arranged for an actor to impersonate a doctor so they could convince Katherine Jackson to skip a concert series and run away to Arizona with Michael Jackson’s kids.
In court documents TJ Jackson says he has already been taking care of Michael’s kids and that Katherine placed the children in his care before she disappeared earlier in the week.
Documents reveal that TJ spoke with Katherine Jackson on July 24 and at that she “indicated to me that she supported me in taking steps that I deemed appropriate to protect [MJ’s children].”
Paris, Prince and Blanket following TJ’s pleas with the court were placed in his care temporarily.
Following the court’s decision Katherine Jackson refuted TJ Jackson’s story, claiming that she was “devastated” by the court’s decision.
In the meantime eldest Jackson child Paris Jackson has taken to twitter all week, voicing her support for TJ Jackson’s guardianship of herself and her siblings.
Paris Jackson appeared to be conflicted this morning while tweeting:

With the Jackson family drama continuing to unfold we’re sure this is not the last we’ll hear of the guardianship battle among family members.
Katherine Jackson couldn’t have been that “devastated” by the situation, after all she disappeared, leaving the children in other people’s care.
