‘Teen Mom 2’ Twitter Feud Erupts Just Weeks Before Season 7 Premiere
Teen Mom 2 is set to premiere in just under three weeks on MTV. The trailer has been released, and it didn’t sit well with Jenelle Evans. She has been complaining about how it made it her look, though fans believe it portrayed her accurately. Evans’ co-stars on the show alongside Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea Houska, and Leah Messer. Several of the ladies have been branching out into the world of blogging and self-promotion to supplement their Teen Mom 2 income. It was just announced that Houska was going to be launching a website soon, and that is where things quickly went downhill on social media. The Teen Mom 2 girls can get incredibly petty, especially when one of them feels attacked.
Starring on Teen Mom 2 has helped give the ladies a platform to speak their truth. Recently, Jenelle Evans launched her very own website, which followed one that Kailyn Lowry has had for quite some time. When Chelsea Houska announced that she was launching her own website, things got heated on Twitter. According to Starcasm, the Teen Mom 2 stars went to war on the social media platform. Jenelle Evans seemingly tried to shade Chelsea Houska for “copying” her idea. After that, it was back and forth between the two with Houska’s dad, Randy, stepping in to defend his daughter. Also, Kailyn Lowry was around to defend her friend as well. Leah Messer was the only Teen Mom 2 star who didn’t have her words strewn across Twitter.
Fans have watched as the ladies of Teen Mom 2 have grown up. While Jenelle Evans has had several issues with getting her life on the right track, the other ladies seemed to be doing better. Leah Messer seems to separate herself from her Teen Mom 2 co-stars, but does interact occasionally. Both Chelsea Houska and Kailyn Lowry have really grown up and gone on to do positive things. While all of the Teen Mom 2 ladies have some life issues, all are dealing with them on various levels. The Twitter tirade has since been deleted, though a lot of it was pretty shady. These Teen Mom 2 girls definitely know how to hit below the belt.
When the Teen Mom 2 ladies were getting down and dirty with their insults, Chelsea Houska’s dad mentioned his daughter did not want to be like Jenelle Evans. This could have been taken a lot of ways, but many fans assumed it was due to her drug usage and habitual arrests. According to the Hollywood Gossip, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans could face jail time for her most recent arrest. Apparently a video will be used in court to show Evans when she was arrested. Things are not looking promising for the Teen Mom 2 star, and she did it to herself.
The Teen Mom 2 reunion still has to be taped, even though the season is ready to be aired. Fans are looking forward to seeing what happens with Jenelle Evans and the girls when they come face to face in the green room. While a lot of shade was thrown in all directions, Teen Mom 2 fans couldn’t help but get involved. Evans was angry when it all died down, and alluded to the fact that she may not be returning to the show. Teen Mom 2 wouldn’t be the same without her, but the MTV executives will not beg her to stay.
There is just three weeks left until the season premiere and the trailer already has fans riled up. Season 7 of Teen Mom 2 is going to be one you won’t want to miss!
