Almost the entire cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 7 came out to support Teresa Giudice at a book signing that she had on Friday at a Barnes and Noble bookstore in Freehold, New Jersey. The book signing was filmed for the upcoming season. All About The Real Housewives posted numerous photos from the event, showing that Melissa Gorga, Jacqueline Laurita, Kathy Wakile, and Rosie Pierri showed up to the book signing. Also at the book signing were Season 7’s rumored new cast members Dolores Cantina, Robyn Levy, and Christina Fores. Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano, who starred on the show’s sixth season, also showed up to support Teresa.
Since returning home after her prison release in late December, 2015, Teresa has been busy filming the new season of Real Housewives, doing media interviews and appearances, and promoting her memoir, Turning The Tables: From Housewife To Inmate And Back Again. Prior to Friday’s book signing, Teresa teased that a lot of special guests were going to come.
After the event, Teresa thanked some of her co-stars who showed up.
Teresa in particular thanked Jacqueline and Dolores.
Teresa, Melissa, Teresa A., Robyn, and Christina went out to dinner after the book signing. Teresa’s photo of the dinner also shows her lawyer, James Leonard Jr., her brother, Joe, her husband, Joe, and Teresa A.’s husband, Rino Aprea, at the table.
Bravo announced three weeks ago that Season 7 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will star Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Jacqueline Laurita. The exact premiere date for the new season was not announced, but it was stated that it will air later this year. As the Inquisitr reported, all three women expressed their excitement over the new season. As for who will round out the cast, it’s been reported, although not officially confirmed by Bravo, that Kathy Wakile, Rosie Pierri, Dolores Catania, Robyn Levy (and her wife, Christina Flores), and Siggy Flicker will be shown on the new season in lesser roles. Since Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano showed up to the filmed book signing on Friday, perhaps viewers will also see them in an episode or two?
Bravo’s announcement stated that Teresa Giudice’s relationships with her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, and friend, Jacqueline Laurita, will be two of the new season’s central story lines. Previous seasons have shown Teresa having a tumultuous relationship with both Melissa and Jacqueline. Yet the three women’s social media accounts make it pretty clear that things are well now between both Teresa and Jacqueline and Teresa and Melissa. Teresa now frequently posts happy photos and supportive tweets to Jacqueline and Melissa, and they in turn do the same. As the Inquisitr reported, shortly after the new season was announced, Melissa posted a photo of herself hanging out with Teresa and Jacqueline.
Will viewers also see Teresa reconciling and having a better relationship with her cousin Kathy Wakile? Kathy starred on the show’s fourth and fifth season alongside Teresa. Her sister, Rosie Pierri, also frequently appeared on the show with them. During those two seasons, Teresa and Kathy often clashed with one another. While Teresa had a better relationship with Rosie, Rosie remained loyal to Kathy and tried her best to get Teresa and Kathy on the same page. On the sixth season, Kathy and Rosie appeared only in a few episodes and had limited contact with Teresa. By then, Kathy and Teresa practically had no relationship to speak of.
One of the photos on All About The Real Housewives shows Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri talking to Teresa Giudice as she sits at her book signing table. The meeting was filmed so it seems that The Real Housewives of New Jersey viewers will see for themselves soon whether Teresa’s relationship with Kathy has changed for the better like her relationships with Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita.
