Denise Richards On Twitter, Fights Back Against Claims Made By Charlie Sheen’s Lawyer
Denise Richards filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, earlier this week, and after Sheen’s attorney, Marty Singer, issued a comment to TMZ, she fought back on Twitter.
“Marty Singer, [you] being the trustee should support a mom fighting to keep it intact for the children. It’s their money, not mine or your client,” Denise Richards wrote on January 22. Then, citing a calculation made by Singer, she added, “According to your calculations to @TMZ your client owes me an enormous balance. Wow thank [you]!”
In Denise Richards’ lawsuit, she claimed Sheen has threatened to kill both her and her oldest daughter, 10-year-old Lola.

Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen tied the knot in 2002, and have two daughters together, Sam J. Sheen, born March 9, 2004, and Lola Rose Sheen, born June 1, 2005. Although the couple didn’t divorce until 2006, Denise Richards filed documents to end their marriage in March 2005, just prior to welcoming their second child. Following her filing, Denise Richards and Sheen attempted to mend their marriage with counseling, but in 2006, Denise Richards announced plans to move forward with the split, and at the same time, she requested a restraining order, claiming Sheen had threatened her.
In the years that followed their split, the allegations against Sheen died down as his career and past divorces were overshadowed by his bizarre behavior and relationships with porn stars. Then, two months after Sheen announced he was HIV-positive during an interview with Matt Lauer on the TODAY show, Denise Richards sued her former husband, claiming via TMZ that he went back on a promise to provide them with a home, and sent horrible text messages to her and her oldest daughter, threatening to kill the “pig w***e” and her mother. The child also reportedly wrote a letter to Sheen, wanting to know why he told her mother to “eat pork and die.”
In her suit, Denise Richards requests Sheen be forced to pay $1.2 million towards the purchase of a home for their two children, which claims was part of an agreement for the childrens’ trusts.
“[Denise Richards] is fighting for her children. This has nothing to do with her, the money is for her kids. This is about him providing for the children as he agreed to do,” her rep said in a statement to TMZ.

Meanwhile, Sheen’s aggressions towards Denise Richards have allegedly worsened in recent years, and over a year ago, the actor allegedly threatened to cut off the head of Richards and send it to her father.
After becoming irate after not being able to spend Christmas 2012 with his daughters, Sheen allegedly sent the following message to Denise Richards, via Radar Online.
“I’m looking at a picture of your parents sleeping. I had someone go into their house, give xanax to the dog, and instead of killing them, I’d rather your mom die a slow death from cancer. I am not going to do the same for you. If you get between me and the kids, I am going to sever your head, and send it to your father, and they will live without their mom, in a mansion by themselves, without their mom, and finally have the relationship with their dad.”
Denise Richards reportedly revealed the shocking claim under oath during a court hearing.
In addition to her two daughters with Sheen, Denise Richards is mom to Eloise Joni, whom she adopted in June 2011 as a single parent, which she remains.
