Maisie Williams: Did Arya Stark Just Hint At A Zombie On ‘Game Of Thrones’?

Maisie Williams is a talented young actress, best known for her role as Arya on Game of Thrones. In fact, she is so talented that the Bath Chronicle reports that she attended the London Critics’ Circle Film Awards and won the Young British/Irish Performer of the Year Award for her role in the movie The Falling. It was quite a night for the young star, but what made it even more exciting was that she dropped a major hint about the new season of Game of Thrones.

Time reports that during her red carpet interview, Maisie Williams let slip a hint about Jon Snow’s return to the show, and at the very least, it is somewhat confusing.

“I feel so mean because I speak to people and they’re all like, ‘Jon Snow, is he back?’ And it’s like really heartbreaking because people are like, ‘yeah, but he’s coming back though?’ It’s a great twist but I can’t say he’s going to be alive.”

He’s going to be back, but he’s not going to be alive? See the interview here.

The Sun reports that Maisie Williams also spoke about how fun it has been filming the sixth season of the show.

“I loved shooting this series. I think people are going to really enjoy it. Everything is… slotting into place for the finale. All the pieces are coming together. People should be really excited.”

The entire awards experience was incredibly exciting for Maisie Williams, but one aspect of it was not so great. The Bristol Post reports that Williams found out she was to sit next to journalist Piers Morgan and she was less than thrilled by the idea.

She tweeted as much.

Her tweet included a Radio Times tweet that was just as humorous.

Morgan responded to Maisie William’s tweet with one of his own.

And apparently Morgan has never watched Game of Thrones!

It appears that the London Critics’ Circle Film Awards has not been Maisie Williams’ only source for excitement lately. Just Jared Jr. reports that on Tuesday, she attended the Cirque de Soleil: Amaluna press night at London’s Royal Albert Hall. While there, she stayed in a luxurious suite and was tickled by the sheer size of it. She posted a video of her running around the suite, amazed by it all.

“This hotel suite is ridiculous. Forever grateful for this crazy life I have, somehow, found myself in.”

It’s true that Maisie Williams has gained a lot of fame over the last few years, but the New Zealand Herald reports that she recently spoke with Entertainment Tonight about that fame. It seems she loves what she does, but doesn’t love the fame that comes with it.

“I want to (act) the rest of my life, but I don’t want paparazzi everywhere. I don’t want to take a private jet everywhere. People don’t just do that because they’ve got the money, but because they’re sitting in airport lounges and literally doing photo after photo. I don’t want to be an a-hole to anyone. If I watched somebody on television every week and I met them and they were an a-hole to me, it would break my heart. But it is an overwhelming life. Since the beginning, people said, ‘Your life is gonna change’, but I never believed it until this year.”

It is a very different life when an actor or actress becomes well-known and loved by fans. But one thing is for certain, Maisie Williams has earned the recognition and she will go on to do great things in her career.
