Gigi Hadid Breaks Down About Lyme Disease As ‘RHOBH’ Stars Doubt Her Siblings Have Disease

Gigi Hadid has been dealing with Lyme disease for a while now as the daughter of Yolanda Foster. Yolanda has been showing her battle on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Recently, Gigi made an appearance on the show MasterChef Celebrity Showdown, and she got very emotional talking about how Lyme disease has affected her. ET Online shared what Gigi Hadid had to say about Lyme disease and how it has affected her entire family while on the show.

Gigi Hadid is on MasterChef Celebrity Showdown to compete for a charity along with other guests. Gigi is trying to win it for Global Lyme Alliance for Lyme Disease. Gigi Hadid actually gets very emotional when talking about it to the judges. Here is what Gigi had to say on the sneak peek.

“My mom, sister and brother are all affected by lyme disease,” she tells judges Gordon Ramsay and Christina Tosi.

“Not enough people know what Lyme disease is and the dangers of being bitten by an insect. For that on it’s own is amazing but with [the cash prize of] $25,000, we can help with finding a cure. It can help so much.”

Back in October, Gigi’s mom Yolanda Foster revealed that her children Bella and Anwar Hadid are also both battling Lyme disease just like her. Gigi shared that she is the only one in her family who doesn’t have it.

“I’m the only one in, of my siblings, my mom and my family that hasn’t been affected by Lyme disease. It’s been really hard for me because I’m the only one that doesn’t really understand it. What’s been hardest for me is just trying to find a way to be their hope and kind of be a strength for them even with the disease that I can’t understand fully because I haven’t been through it.”

Hollywood Life shared that Gigi Hadid actually won MasterChef Celebrity Showdown. This means that she was able to give money to her charity and help out with Lyme disease research. Gigi has been pretty busy lately with this show, modeling, and of course her new relationship. Gigi is now dating Zayn Malik of One Direction, and the two have even been spotted looking at new places to live together. It looks like Gigi Hadid has finally found her perfect match.

This all comes out at the same time that the women on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are wondering if Gigi Hadid’s sister and brother even have Lyme disease. Yolanda has shared that they did and so did Gigi, but the preview for next week’s episode of RHOBH showed the women talking about the fact that Yolanda says that Bella and Anwar Hadid have Lyme disease, but it sounds like their dad Mohammad might not be convinced.

Some of the women on the show have actually doubted if Yolanda Foster actually has Lyme disease as well. She is obviously sick in some way, but they are not sure what is going on with her. Her daughter Gigi Hadid believes in her, and that is obvious from what she had to say on this show.
