Khloe Kardashian Interview On ‘Kelly & Michael’ 2016 — Explains Lifestyle Changes, Weight Loss, And Lamar Odom

Khloe Kardashian interviewed with Kelly and Michael on January 15. There, Khloe revealed many personal accomplishments as well as several trials she encountered in 2015.

As the first guest on the show, Khloe Kardashian strolled down the walkway in approach to Kelly and Michael. Along the way, she high-fived as many audience members as she could. Ms. Kardashian wore a flattering red dress, which hugged her physique. Once she made it to the stage, Khloe playfully mentioned that she and Kelly were nearly wearing the same outfit. You can see the dress in Khloe Kardashian’s Twitter photos below.

Khloe started her interview with a humble greeting, and as she was asked about her weight loss, she explained that she had to make a lot of lifestyle changes. And while many people often get discouraged after a short period of time, Ms. Kardashian said that it took a while before she actually started to see results. Instead of three days or a week, it took Khloe more like three months of gut-wrenching persistence. This includes dieting, workout routines, meditation, etc.

Khloe Kardashian mentioned that she had to stay disciplined in her efforts to get to her current physique and well-being. Most importantly, she noted that, overall, the process has taken about three years of hard work. You can view Khloe Kardashian’s entire interview in the video below.

This Kardashian used to believe in attempting to “lose 30 pounds in 30 days.” However, Khloe mentioned that — after so many “yo-yo diets” — she needed to make some serious lifestyle changes instead. And it’s evident that she did what she had to do. Khloe believes that “the tortoise wins the race,” and you have to have diligence in your efforts. Ms. Kardashian mentioned as follows.

“It’s discouraging. I mean, for the first two months, I was like, ‘I am sweating…I am busting my a**…I’m tired…I’m hungry’…or whatever, and you don’t notice anything. But you just keep on going. Obviously, something’s going to happen. Your body takes a minute for that change to show.”

And now that Khloe Kardashian’s at her ideal weight, she says that she intends on keeping it off “forever.”

Shortly after Khloe’s statements on weight loss, she was questioned about Lamar Odom. To this, she responded that he was doing much better than his doctor’s expected. Khloe mentioned that, just three weeks ago, he wasn’t walking. And now, he’s walking and getting around just fine.

“It’s such a relief. It was terrifying and scary. No one knew what was going to happen. And what’s crazy is, because he was an athlete — and I think having so many years of working out everyday — he wasn’t even walking three weeks ago. And now, he’s walking. We were able to leave the hospital. He was able to walk out of the hospital. He was able to walk out on his own…and that’s a testament of his own will and desire to get better.”

As Khloe’s interview continued, she ventured into topics about Keeping Up with the Kardashians as well as her becoming a New York Times Bestselling author for her book, Strong Looks Better Naked. In December, 2015, Khloe Kardashian’s book was ranked fourth on the best seller list.

As far as Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the show is entering season 12. Khloe says that she has no idea how they’re on their 12th season. However, that just goes to show that reality television gets very high ratings. While people love celebrities, they love to look into their personal lives even more. Khloe’s life is no exception.
