Kaley Cuoco Loses Second Adopted Dog, Still Claims She’s Not Dating Johnny Galecki [Video]
Kaley Cuoco is saying goodbye to another pet dog. Calling her adopted pooches “angels,” Kaley announced the passing of her tiny white dog, Chester, also known as Cheddar Cheese over her Instagram account. Chester’s passing comes just after the death of another one of The Big Bang Theory actress’s dogs, Petey, who died last week.
Kaley let fans know about the sad news by sharing a photo of the white terrier mix, writing that it “hasn’t been a great week for dogs so with a heavy heart I must tell you, sweet Chester…has passed away.” In the photo, the adorable pup wears a sweater as he sits on a blanket in a car and yawns.

According to Kaley, when she adopts a shelter dog, she does not always know about all of their health problems. In the caption, Cuoco explained that she “rescue[s] these angels blindly” and often has “no idea what problems they may have.” With Cuoco, it’s obvious the pup had a wonderful life, and was well-loved, and Kaley commented that she “can sleep knowing that he felt extreme love towards the end of his life.”
Cuoco explained to fans that she is “still in shock,” but she feels “blessed to have him in my life even for a small amount of time.” About her beloved pet, Kaley also shared that he “was such a joy” and recalled his “hilarious ears.” Cuoco also told fans that she loved how he “followed me everywhere I went,” and recalled that the adorable tiny dog “loved people so so much – loved being held and cuddled.”

According to Kaley, Chester slept “on my pillow every night,” and the actress thanked Paw Works, where she adopted Chester, “for blessing me with the big eared wonder.”
Just a week prior, Kaley Cuoco shared that she lost her long-time companion, Petey, a chihuahua-dachshund mix. In the announcement, Cuoco revealed she was gifted the dog when she was 16-years-old by an old boyfriend, and he was the first dog she had ever owned.
The small dog was the inspiration for the name of her company, Peteypie, Inc. In the Instagram message that shared the sad news of Petey’s passing, Kaley recalled that after she was given Petey, she wasn’t sure what to do with him. “I was afraid I would get in trouble so I hid him in my bedroom for 3 days until my parents found out.”
Eventually, her parents did find out about the dog, and, according to Cuoco, “they said I had to take care of him if I was to keep him, that he would be mine!” Kaley shared that her parents “gave him the greatest life and he taught us what it meant to love an adoption pup.”
Petey “has brought a lifetime of joy and laughs to our entire family,” and “I know he will now enjoy doggie heaven where there will be an abundance of greenies just for him,” Kaley added. Cuoco ended her tribute by telling fans that she “will never ever forget” her beloved canine friend.

Cuoco was recently spotted at the People’s Choice Awards alongside her The Big Bang Theory co-stars. Once again, she had to fend off rumors that she and former beau Johnny Galecki are rekindling their romance. A photograph of Johnny Galecki kissing a blonde woman surfaced; naturally, fingers pointed at Kaley Cuoco.
When questioned by Entertainment Tonight, Cuoco denied they were dating again. As for the blonde woman in the picture? Kaley joked that it might be co-star Melissa Rauch, who staunchly denied any involvement. Ultimately, no one but Johnny knows.
