Josh Duggar’s Porn Star Lawsuit: Is There Evidence Danica Dillon Is Lying?

Josh Duggar’s order to dismiss Danica Dillon’s civil lawsuit was denied, so the eldest Duggar son was forced to file an answer to the porn star’s complaint. Dillon, whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, alleges that a violent sexual encounter with the married father-of-four caused her physical and emotional damage, and she’s suing Josh Duggar for half a million dollars.

According to ETonline, Judge Mark A. Kearney recently signed an order denying Josh Duggar’s motion to dismiss Danica Dillon’s lawsuit, which she filed in Pennsylvania late last month.

“We decline to grant Duggar’s motion to dismiss at this early stage of litigation where Stamm-Northup alleges Duggar treated her roughly, caused physical injuries, and she felt ‘as if she was being raped,'” the Judge reportedly determined.

Radar Online previously shared a copy of Danica Dillon’s complaint, in which she claims that having sex with Josh Duggar wasn’t just physically painful – it was so emotionally traumatizing that she had to seek therapy.

“Plaintiff has suffered serious emotional and physical damages,” Danica’s complaint reads.

“She is currently being treated by a psychiatrist for severe anxiety, similar to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and has suffered physical injuries as well. Further, Plaintiff has been unable to work in her chosen field as a direct consequence of Defendant’s actions.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Josh Duggar’s attorney used the motion to dismiss to take a dig at Danica Dillon’s admission that she was paid for her two alleged sexual encounters with Josh. However, pointing out that Danica engaged in the illegal act of prostitution did not convince the judge to dismiss the suit, so Josh Duggar was forced to file an answer to Danica’s original complaint. Josh’s attorney filed the answer on January 7, and it reportedly says that Josh Duggar has already provided plenty of evidence proving that Danica Dillon is lying about their alleged sexual encounters.

According to Radar Online, Josh Duggar claims that he was not in Pennsylvania — where the alleged incidents took place — on any of the dates Danica lists in her complaint. The answer also says that Josh “provided more than one hundred pages of alibi documents to Plaintiff’s counsel, as well as video footage and photographs” when he made his initial disclosures.

The answer asks Danica to provide wage information and documentation of her medical costs, so evidently she has has provided no evidence to back up her claim that she sought professional help and lost work after her alleged sexual encounters with Josh Duggar. The answer says that the court has ordered Danica to provide this information, and it looks like it may be hard to prove that she’s not working – she tweeted about stripping at Scores back in November.

Just like the motion to dismiss, Josh Duggar’s answer mentions Danica’s admission that she was paid for sex.

“Plaintiff’s claims are barred in whole or in part by the doctrines of estoppel and unclean hands because Plaintiff was engaged in illegal activities at the time she sustained the injuries alleged.”

In her complaint, Danica Dillon doesn’t reveal the exact dates on which her alleged sexual encounters with Josh Duggar took place. Instead, she lists the dates she was performing at the Pennsylvania strip clubs where Josh supposedly approached her. According to Danica, she had sex with Josh Duggar “on or about March 12, 13, & 14, 2015” and “on or about April 17 & 18, 2015.”

As Gawker reports, Josh Duggar has already provided some social media evidence that makes Danica’s claims seem rather questionable. On March 11, Josh tweeted about appearing with Rick Santorum at the Family Research Council’s STAND Summit in Houston. Josh still had his job as the executive director of Family Research Council Action at the time, so he was there in that capacity. According to Texas Values, most speakers at the event were anti-gay marriage activists.

While it is possible that Josh Duggar jetted to Pennsylvania to proposition Danica the day after he listened to numerous like-minded individuals advocate for so-called “traditional marriage” at the STAND Summit in Houston, this scenario doesn’t seem very likely.

Josh Duggar’s social media accounts also provide evidence that he was most likely engaged elsewhere during the April dates. On April 18, Josh tweeted that he was in his family’s R.V. and headed to the Advanced Training Institute (ATI) Family Conference in Big Sandy, Texas. Anna Duggar’s brother-in-law, David Waller, also tweeted about the road trip.

So do what do you think? Is Danica Dillon lying about hooking up with Josh Duggar?
