Taylor Swift Rings In The New Year With Calvin Harris, Ruby Rose In Vegas

Taylor Swift is far from being a party animal, but she did enjoy herself on New Year’s Eve. The “Out of the Woods” singer was spotted partying with her boyfriend, DJ Calvin Harris, and Orange is the New Black star Ruby Rose.

Taylor Swift, 26, was seen partying it up in Las Vegas with her Scottish boyfriend, according to Hollywood Life. Calvin Harris performed at the OMNIA Nightclub in Las Vegas on Thursday, December 31, as previously reported via the Las Vegas Sun. Swift watched from the crowd as her man spun the tables and rang in the New Year.

The singer’s brother, Austin Swift, shared an Instagram photo of Calvin DJing as he stood behind him in the booth. It’s more than likely that Taylor and Calvin kissed at the stroke of midnight. The couple previously celebrated the pop star’s birthday and celebrated the holidays together in Colorado. During their trip, Taylor and Calvin were seen building a snowman and riding a snowmobile on the rough terrain.

During the show, Taylor was also spotted backstage with Ruby Rose, as the actress shared a few clips of her hanging out with the singer on her social media accounts.

Looks like Taylor Swift has added another big name to her ever-growing girl squad. The two partied the night away at Harris’ Las Vegas club show, according to MTV News. The Orange is the New Black star shared a video of herself and Swift wearing feathered tiaras. It wasn’t intended to be a video, though. At first, Swift and Rose tried to take a selfie together, but Rose accidentally hit the video record button.

She took to Twitter to write the caption, “When @taylorswift13 looks perfect in a feather tiara and I just…So much no…But happy 2016!!!!”

That wasn’t the only video of the two beauties floating around. Another video showed them dancing along to Calvin’s hit song “Sweet Nothing” featuring Florence Welch.

This time, Ruby tweeted, “Was sad [emoji face] to say bye to 2015 because it ROCKED MY SOCKS..But if this is an indication of 2016.. @llseyj @taylorswift13”

E! News also has the exclusive photos of Taylor Swift and Ruby Rose interacting in the nightclub outside Caesar’s Palace. Back in June, Rose revealed on Twitter that Swift is her celebrity girl crush.

Then in April, she tweeted, “@taylorswift13 is a gateway drug..I don’t know what to do. But whatever it is.. She is the gateway drug.”

It looks like Ruby Rose finally had one of her fantasies fulfilled. In one of the photos seen on the E! Online report, the actress kisses the shocked singer on the cheek. Taylor was reportedly seen sipping a glass of champagne as she also hung out with her best friends and touring band HAIM.

Taylor Swift may have been partying the night away, but she still made time to premiere her new video for “Out of the Woods” on Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve with Ryan Seacrest. The music video features the singer wearing a blue dress as she goes through extreme weather condition all alone in the woods. New Year’s Eve is a significant time for Taylor, as she was seen kissing Harry Styles at midnight on New Year’s Eve in 2012.

Taylor took to Instagram to share a teaser from the video. The photo shows the singer looking a little dirty and matted.

Taylor then followed up with a photo of herself swimming in the water, along with the caption, “Are we in the clear yet? #OOTWMusicVideo Premiering at approximately 10:51pm EST on ABC.”

Back in December, Swift revealed that her resolution for 2016 is to be more “spontaneous.” Partying in nightclubs with your DJ boyfriend and a gender neutral celebrity is a start.
