Kylie, Khloe, And Kourtney Show Off Smaller Figures As Dita Von Teese Slams Kardashian’s Waist Training Advice

Despite the criticism they received, Kylie, Khloe, and Kourtney showed off their smaller figures in their matching holiday waist trainers.

Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian shared a photo of themselves with their little sister Kylie Jenner showing off their waist trainers which feature people wearing Santa hats. It’s no secret that the Kardashian-Jenner sisters are into “waist training,” or wearing corsets around their waists before, during or after their work outs. They have posted countless photos of themselves wearing the waist trainers on social media, so it’s not entirely surprising that they would continue the controversial fitness regimen together during the holidays.

Kourtney captioned the post: “#FBF to earlier this week hanging with my sisters getting our waists right in our holiday trainers…We are so festive!”

Kylie shared the same photo along with the caption: “Posted up with my babes getting our waists right with @premadonna87 @waistgangsociety get your cute little holiday trainer from whatsawaist.com.”

Khloe Kardashian has also taken to her Instagram page to share several photos of herself in her waist trainer at the gym. Back in November, she revealed to her fans why she’s a huge supporter of the waist trainers.

“This band makes me sweat more in our tummy area so it give me that extra boost when I m feeling a little bloated. I love how my posture in the gym is even better due to wearing it. (sic)”

But there’s one person who’s not a fan of waist trainers, and that’s burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese. She told the HuffPost Live that she doesn’t think they work.

“It’s like the blind leading the blind. The people who actually know a lot about corsetry are not the ones who are publicly speaking about it. And I’m seeing some of the corsets they’re saying are waist shapers and I’m thinking, ‘That doesn’t work.'”

Marilyn Manson’s ex-wife is not against waist training though. In fact, Dita has been waist training since the age of 18 – and has attained a 17-inch waist. But instead of using a fabric band with an elastic in it, she used a series of corsets with lace ties and plenty of guidance.

But Von Teese isn’t slamming the Kardashians. She insists that she’s a huge fan of Kim Kardashian, who was the one to get her sisters started on the waist-training craze. She just questions the stretchy waist trainers that pop up on Instagram.

“I just encourage people to get more information so they actually know what it is and how it works. Waist-training is a form of body modification that can’t be done properly with an ill-fitting or even off-the-rack corset. That’s a long-term thing and a different thing than I think the Kardashians are talking about.”

The kinds that the sisters use – from Waist Gang Society – come in a variety of styles and colors. In fact, little is said about the how the waist trainers are made. According to the company’s website, “Waistgangsociety high quality Reshaping waist shaper is a unique latex material which attacks unwanted fat and impurities within your body.”

But like she said, she insists that she has no bad feelings against Kim Kardashian and the rest of her sisters. She sounds like a person that loves to keep up with the Kardashians.

“I’m crazy about Kim. I think she’s lovely. Every time I see her and talk to her, I think, ‘Wow, she’s really beautiful.’ I think anybody who throws the Kardashians shade is just jealous.”
