Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez Clash Over Kourtney Kardashian: Fan Alters Name, Gets Tattoos & Sleeps With Cutout
Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber once were so close that fans called them “Jelena.” But the joys of Jelena were shattered when Selena and Justin broke up. Now, in the wake of that split, Gomez and Bieber have gone separate ways, with the 21-year-old pop idol most recently spotted canoodling with reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian, 36. And a source revealed to Hollywood Life that Selena has confronted her former boyfriend about what Gomez feels regarding his new relationship.
Rather than pretend not to be aware of what was happening, 23-year-old Selena questioned her ex. Gomez has been dating Niall Horan, and she’s increasingly obsessed with the One Direction star. But that doesn’t mean Selena isn’t curious about Justin’s new relationship with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, a source confided in Hollywood Life.
It appears that although Gomez wasn’t asking in a way that would stroke Justin’s ego, Bieber took it that way. Moreover, Selena has made it clear that she’s so enamored of Niall that she considers him someone with whom she would tie the knot.
“In her opinion, Niall is total marriage material,” a source commented to Hollywood Life. “They are in a really good place right now and looking forward to bringing in the New Year together. When they aren’t together, they text and Skype pretty much 24/7.”
In other words, Gomez confronted her former boyfriend just because she was curious as to whether all those reports about Kardashian were valid. Sorry, Jelena hopefuls.
And just in case that wasn’t complicated enough, Scott played the blame game and pointed at Kendall Jenner as the one who arranged the hook-up between his former gal pal and Bieber. Disick allegedly is spreading the rumor that Kendall came up with the concept of the hook-up between his baby mama and the 21-year-old pop star.
As a result, Jenner is hurt and feels betrayed because she has sought to support Scott after the break-up.
“When she heard that he was dissing her behind her back she felt totally betrayed,” revealed an insider quoted by IBT.
While it sounds like neither Selena nor Kourtney are currently super-fans of Bieber, there’s one woman who appears to be the ultimate Belieber, according to Elite Daily.
At 22, Gabrielle worships the Biebs. Since age 16, Gabrielle has placed a cardboard cutout version of the singer in her bed so that they can sleep together. In addition, she’s suffered through the application of five tattoos that are all about her idol.
As for the surname change, it goes beyond dreaming. Gabrielle thinks that she’ll attract his attention, meet and maybe even tie the knot. When she talks to people, she refers to the former boyfriend of Gomez as if he were her real life husband.
“When I talk to people, I say, ‘I’ve got to go, my husband is just on the TV.’ They find it a bit weird because we are not really married — if only we were. Just maybe one day,” she said dreamily.
As for the possibility that she might fall in love with someone else, Gabrielle believes he’s her one and only with one exception.
“I wouldn’t go out with anybody else…unless he had an identical twin or a lookalike,” she mused.
The ultimate Beleiber also confessed that she would find him and stalk him if she had enough money. And although she dreams of meeting him, she admits she’d just cry a lot. But Newton-Bieber does find joy in discussing life with the cardboard cutout, and even might take it to Christmas dinner for her official date.
