‘Jill & Jessa: Counting On’ Preview: Anna Slams Josh Duggar For Sex Scandals — Where & When To Watch [Video]
Josh Duggar most recently has been associated with the Ashley Madison website debacle, when hackers revealed that the oldest son of the 19 Kids And Counting clan had paid for two accounts on the site designed to help married people arrange extramarital affairs to cheat on their wives. Josh then admitted being unfaithful to wife Anna Duggar and having an addiction to porn, and entered rehab for sex addiction.
But although it is that confession to cheating on his wife Anna that has stayed in the headlines, the negative publicity for Josh and the Duggar family began earlier, when reports surfaced that Josh had molested several underage girls, including some of his sisters. After those reports were confirmed by the Duggars, TLC cancelled their show, 19 Kids And Counting. Now, however, that same network has brought back the family in what some are calling a spin-off, others a reboot, and TLC is framing as an entirely different show featuring only two of the Duggar sisters (the two, as it happens, who revealed that they were among those molested by Josh).
But although the new show is titled Jill & Jessa: Counting On, the first episode featured most of those 19 kids talking about how the sex scandals of big brother Josh Duggar impacted their lives, as the Inquisitr pointed out. Jill and Jessa: Counting On debuted December 13, and eight of the Duggars were featured in the first episode discussing the impact that Josh had on them.
The upcoming episode, to air Sunday, December 20, on TLC at 9 p.m./8c, will show how Anna reacted when she learned what Josh Duggar had done, previews Us Weekly.

Anna is shown on that episode slamming her husband for what she views as the ultimate betrayal of their vows to be faithful.
“It was definitely a hard thing, and I think it was such a betrayal for a spouse to go through what we’re walking through — and… it was hard. It was hard to realize that it was such a public thing, so not only was it a betrayal for me, but it was also a betrayal against those who call themselves Christian, because here we were as a Christian couple and everyone was able to see us get married and to vow before God to be loyal to each other. And [then] that loyalty was broken.”
Moreover, says Anna of Duggar, she was hurt even more because the sex scandals received so much publicity, and she had always regarded Josh as her first love. As a result of all that emotional pain, Anna recalls taking her anger and turning to God for help and guidance.
Anna’s heartbreak and humiliation resulting from her marriage to Josh began with the publicity over the revelation that her husband had molested five underage girls in 2002. At the time, he was 14-years-old. As noted, both Jessa and Jill Duggar have since stepped forward and self-identified as among his victims.
But just when the publicity died down over the child molestation scandals, Josh was back in the news with the bombshells that he had accounts for Ashley Madison, including details such as his interests in “one-night stands” and “experimenting with sex toys.”
Among the details known about the affairs that Josh had are the revelations by an adult film star Danica Dillon, who revealed that Duggar had sex with her twice, reported the Daily Mail.
Danica went public with her claims after the news that Josh had used the Ashley Madison website to cheat on Anna. At the time, baby Meredith was only a month old.
