Ryan Gosling Is Gonna Make You Sweat: Clip Of 11-Year-Old Star Dancing At Talent Show Surfaces Online [Video]

Ryan Gosling hasn’t always been a star. In 1991, the young 11-year-old was working his way to fame through the Mormon Talent Show circuit. A video of a young Ryan Gosling recently showed up online showing the star singing “When A Man Loves A Woman,” and dancing up a storm to C&C Music Factory’s “Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now).”

The young star definitely loves the attention. He gets off the stage at one point to dance closer to the crowd and before he rushes of stage, Gosling comes back for one final bow as the curtains close.

The New York Daily News reports that Gosling and his sister Mandi performed the routine often at family functions.

Gosling said:

“We would sing ‘When a Man Loves a Woman’ to the bride…. We’d do it right before the garter ceremony. While the bride was sitting on the chair, I would get down on my knees and sing the song, and then my sister would sing another song, and then together we would sing ‘Old Time Rock & Roll.’ Then sometimes if we were really killing it, I’d sing ‘Runaround Sue.’”

A few years after his amazing singing and dancing at the talent show, Gosling landed a spot on the Mickey Mouse Club.
