Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly Rip President Obama Like Never Before Over Paris Attacks

Bill O’Reilly has never been a huge fan of Barack Obama. He has criticized most of Obama’s policies, including Obamacare, immigration, etc. However, the Fox News host really ripped into the President Monday night in regards to how he has handled ISIS and terrorism in general. He began his show by asking if Obama was delusional. Then, Mr. O’Reilly delivered a harsh rant.

“The biggest deficits of this administration are the failure to create a robust economy and to retreat against the war on terror. For years Talking Points has been telling you that the Obama administration has no strategy to defeat the ISIS threat.”

Bill O’Reilly then added that random bombing isn’t going to help and that President Obama doesn’t understand that the civilized world is losing the fight against ISIS. O’Reilly than played a clip of Obama talking about ISIS — just nine hours before the Paris attacks.

“I don’t think they are gaining strength. What is true that from the start, our goal has been first to contain. And we have contained them,” Obama claimed.

Like O’Reilly, Megyn Kelly believes that Obama is clueless when it comes to terrorism. She began a video clip with an unidentified voice saying things that will shock Americans.

“We’ve arrested over 70 ISIS followers in the United States over the last year. That’s more than one per week. We have investigations in all 50 states. We have 900 investigations ongoing in the United States in the homeland as I speak. You know, you just can’t stop it all, and this threat is magnifying, it’s not shrinking, it’s not going away.”

Kelly then talked about The Wall Street Journal editorial board coming out and saying that America’s day is coming and Obama needs to wake up to this reality. She then had Fran Townsend, former homeland security and counterterrorism adviser to President George W. Bush, speak.

“Look, when you look at the numbers, you know you heard Chairman McCaul tell you, we understand that there are a minimum of 250 foreign fighters here in the United States…These are 250 people who traveled over, fought, were trained, and came back. In addition to that, the FBI has identified 1,000 subjects of investigations,” Townsend claimed.

Townsend then talked about Obama not changing his strategy, believing that he has no real strategy in the first place. She believes we should be adding 1,200 additional intelligence agents like Britain did.

Even though Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly’s shows dealt with intense criticism towards Obama, there have been some people who defended the President, especially on Twitter.

Whether or not Obama could have helped prevent the massacres in Paris, many believe that Republicans will use the terrorist attacks to try and gain votes and scare people away from the Democrat party, which they will say is soft on terrorism. The tactic certainly worked in 2004. However, others believe that the Democrats will accuse the Republicans of scare tactics — this worked in 2008. While everybody considers the events in Paris tragic, the political ramifications have yet to be fully seen and understood.
