‘The Bachelor’ Arrives In Greece To Film Romantic Final Rose Ceremony: Ben Higgins Proposal Predictions

ABC is pulling out all the stops for Ben Higgins’ season of The Bachelor. The Colorado software salesman will wrap up filming his journey to find love on November 18, and fans are anxious to find out if he proposes at the final rose ceremony or walks away single.

There is speculation that Ben will propose to the one girl he had his heart set on early on in filming. The setting for the proposal is rumored to be in one of the most romantic locations in the world — Greece. Where in Greece the cast and crew will travel is still not known, but blogger Reality Steve is confident that the group is filming the final episodes there.

Filming for the hometown dates wrapped up on Wednesday, and spoilers indicate that Ben and his final three ladies — rumored to be Caila Quinn, Jolene (JoJo) Fletcher, and Lauren Bushnell — traveled to Greece on Friday, November 6. If Steve’s spoilers are as accurate as they have been in the past, filming for overnight dates will take place on the dates listed below.

The first overnight date will be filmed on November 7, date number two on November 9, and date number three on November 11. The schedule seems to allow a day of rest in between Fantasy Suite dates — perhaps so Ben can catch up on his sleep? WetPaint reports that the final rose ceremony will be taped one week later on November 18. Before the big day, Ben will go on his last one-on-one dates with his final two girls, and they will get a chance to meet his family.

Reality Steve‘s predictions for Ben’s final two are Caila and Lauren, with JoJo leaving after overnights. However, it may not be the last time Bachelor fans see JoJo — Steve thinks the 24-year-old, who owns a real estate development company in Dallas, Texas, is a perfect fit for the role of the next Bachelorette.

“JoJo is a really good candidate for next ‘Bachelorette,’ I’d say she’s probably gonna finish third. Remember, no “Bachelorette” besides Trista finished 2nd on her season… and every ‘Bachelorette’ they’ve chosen in 11 seasons has finished in the top 4 of her ‘Bachelor’ season.”

There are rumors that Caila will be the next to go after JoJo, leaving Lauren as the last girl standing at the final rose ceremony. Reality Steve‘s sources point to Lauren as this season’s winner and states that the show “has essentially been over” about mid-way through taping.

“Ben has been pretty clear about wanting Lauren in the end,” Steve writes. “So much so that it’s apparently become obvious to the rest of the group…. they’ve all kinda seen the writing on the wall from what I hear.”

Since the season started filming at the end of September, Lauren has been spotted with Ben in several photos and videos leaked on social media, including a one-on-one date in Warsaw and during her hometown date in Portland, Oregon. She certainly looks like she’s having a great time with Ben, but cameras were rolling, so, of course, everyone was all smiles.

Once Ben’s season begins, it will be easier to see who has a genuine connection with Ben and who has joined the show for a shot at becoming the next Bachelorette, appearing on Bachelor in Paradise 3, or simply to promote their business.

The Bachelor starring Ben Higgins premieres January 4, 2016 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
