David Justice Denies He Ever Abused Or Beat Halle Berry, ‘It Never Happened’
Well, it seems that in Hollywood, there is no such thing as a simple divorce, even with a prenup. It seems that Halle Berry decided to take a few parting shots anyway at Olivier Martinez about him being “toxic” and “violent,” and this set off a reaction from David Justice that he says has been a long time coming. He says that despite what Halle Berry has said, he never was abusive to her.
The Inquisitr reported that Berry has now separated from her fourth partner since 1993, three of which she was married to, and two of which she has children with. She has a son with Martinez, but since they had a prenup, all there is to figure out are custody arrangements. David Justice was her first husband, and Halle Berry claims that she lost the hearing in one ear due to a beating from him. Berry reported that she left David Justice because he chronically abused her.
TMZ is saying that Halle Berry is now saying that she has never claimed that Justice was abusive in any way, so she doesn’t know why he is lashing out.
“We did some checking and could not find anything attributed to Halle pointing the finger at David. Lots of people assumed she was talking about David when she said back in the ’90s a former boyfriend struck her so hard on the side of the head she suffered hearing loss. Halle never ID’d the culprit and we’re told she never will.”
She began telling this story about her head injury soon after they separated, but says she never named names exactly. He claims after their marriage, she had her “Hollywood team” to destroy him and ruin his reputation.

Radar Online says that Justice wanted to warn Martinez of what is to come for him, especially if he continues to challenge her custody of their son. David Justice took to Twitter and let Berry know exactly what he thinks of her, and the way she allegedly bad-mouths former partners. He is also claiming that the man who ruptured Berry’s eardrum was Wesley Snipes.
“Berry ‘had the locks changed on the house after filing for divorce’ from Olivier Martinez. ‘Halle’s assistant met Olivier at the house on Wednesday,’ sources told Radar, noting that ‘he was only there for a very short period of time.'”
Justice told Martinez via Twitter that Berry ripped apart Gabriel Aubry and again insinuated that he was violent and that their daughter came home with a black eye after being with him. He strongly suggested that Martinez is in peril of the same treatment.
“Just wait, Olivier…it’s coming,” Justice warned the actor. “She insinuated that her daughter wasn’t safe around Gabriel [Aubry]..look it up and see the reason! Just wrong. Smh.”

BET says that Halle Berry’s second husband chimed in and said that David Justice is telling the truth. Justice says that now that his own kids are teenagers, he wants Berry to come out and say that he didn’t abuse her.
“Yup..Me, Eric, Gabriel and Oliver were all her ‘Knight in Shining Armor’ until it ends,” Justice tweeted. “Then we all become the worst guys in history. Just wait,Olivier..It’s coming! She insinuated that her daughter wasn’t safe around Gabriel..look it up and see the reason! Just wrong.”
