Kim Kardashian Dressed Up As Her Past Self For Halloween
Kim Kardashian went a bit of a different route for her Halloween costume this year. Unlike Heidi Klum, who employed makeup effects artists to turn her into Jessica Rabbit, Kardashian went into her own closet for inspiration.
The pregnant reality star posted a photo of her costume on Instagram after dressing up as herself from 2013, garnering hundreds of thousands of likes on the image-sharing site and some questions from various branches of the media. The outfit consisted of the floral Riccardo Tisci gown Kim wore to the Met Ball when she was pregnant with North, which may honestly be the most thrifty thing Kardashian has ever done.
“I think I nailed the Kim K costume!” Kardashian captioned the pic.
Kim also changed up her avatar in the hugely successful Hollywood game.

Meanwhile, Kim inspired at least one celebrity Halloween costume: Kelly Ripa dressed in the outfit Kardashian wore for her infamous 2014 Paper Magazine shoot, which included a rather large rear-end balancing a champagne glass.
It’s been a busy couple of weeks for Kim and her family in the headlines, after sister Khloe raced to estranged husband Lamar Odom’s side when he allegedly overdosed at a Nevada brothel. The couple have not been together in months, but Khloe has admitted on the family’s reality show that she still cares for her ex, despite having moved on to date other people. After Kim fought off rumors that she was upset about Lamar’s overdose potentially taking attention away from her second pregnancy, stories began to turn up online that Khloe has been trying to get Lamar to address his drug problem, to no avail.
“Khloe told Lamar that after he was released from the hospital, he would need to go to rehab for substance abuse addiction. Lamar balked and said no way … Blaming the hookers for his overdose, Lamar is still insisting he doesn’t have a drug problem. He is still in denial,” a source told RadarOnline.
Another source said that Kim is the only one in the family who isn’t supportive of Khloe rushing to Lamar’s side after the overdose, which is causing tension. However, many members of both the Kardashian and Jenner families flew to Nevada to be with Khloe and Lamar during his hospital stay, including Kim.
“Kim is the only one that is not supporting Khloe dropping everything in her life for him and it is causing a lot of drama with the rest of the family,” the source said.
Kim Kardashian has also been the topic of a lot of conversation regarding Caitlyn Jenner, and recently the reality star helped her stepparent celebrate her 66th birthday with a message about what Jenner has taught her over the years.
“Happy Birthday Caitlyn! Are you 66 or is Caitlyn 1? lol That was the debate at our bday lunch yesterday! Have the best day ever filled with lots of love & laughs! You have shown me what it’s truly like to live an authentic life without caring what the world would think! I love you!” Kim wrote on Instagram.
Kardashian was reportedly one of the first members of her family to fully support Caitlyn’s transition, and made a visit to the Vanity Fair shoot that would become the famous “coming out” cover.
“I was with Caitlyn at her Vanity Fair shoot. It was so good to see how comfortable she is in her own skin. I’m so excited to see these pictures and to see the article, just for people to get to know Caitlyn,” Kim said in an interview for Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
