Rob Kardashian Is Lost Without Lamar Odom? Plus, Will He Appear On ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Season 11?

Rob Kardashian reportedly feels lost without Lamar Odom in his life, and he’s felt that way for a while, at least according to a new report.

When Rob Kardashian’s sister, Khloe, married Odom in 2009, he moved in with the newlyweds and remained living with them throughout their marriage (to this day, Rob Kardashian continues to live with Khloe). So, when Khloe and Odom split, Rob Kardashian was highly impacted by the breakup, and for the last couple of years, he has steered clear of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and appeared publicly only a handful of times. He even skipped out on his sister Kim Kardashian’s wedding to Kanye West.

As he continues to hide from the prying eye of fans and the media, Rob Kardashian’s sister, Khloe, spoke of her reclusive younger brother, slamming him for wasting his life and explaining the root of his problem.

On October 29, Fashion & Style revealed details from Khloe’s interview with People Magazine, in which she claimed Rob Kardashian felt lost after she split from husband Lamar Odom in 2013.

“While [Rob Kardashian] struggled with his weight gain, it also appeared that he struggled with loosing connection with someone he looked up to the most, Lamar Odom,” the site reported.

“My dad died when [Rob Kardashian] was 16. Rob doesn’t have a father figure in his life. When [our stepdad] Bruce [now Caitlyn Jenner] was around, he was great, but he was going through his own things that none of us understood at the time,” Khloe told People Magazine earlier this week.

For the majority of his life, Rob Kardashian has been surrounded by women, so when Odom arrived to his family, it filled a major hole for the reality star.

“Lamar was [Rob Kardashian’s father figure],” Khloe explained. “Once Lamar left – and it’s not Lamar’s fault at all – I think [Rob Kardashian] didn’t know where to go. He was like, ‘I don’t have guidance anymore.'”

In other Rob Kardashian news, the reality star turned sock designer recently updated his Instagram bio to read, “Love God!!”

In an interview last month, Rob Kardashian’s friend, Malika Haqq spoke to E! News, hinting that he would return to Keeping Up With The Kardashians whenever he sees fit.

“[Rob Kardashian] is doing very well,” Haqq explained. “He has been working out and taking care of himself. I think Rob shares what he wants to share. I think that’s how it should be for everyone. When you’re ready you post, post. When you’re ready to be seen, be seen. When you don’t, leave him alone.”

One week later, Us Weekly reported Rob Kardashian had shot scenes for the upcoming season of the show after losing a reported 15 pounds. According to the magazine, Rob Kardashian was motioned by both money (he reportedly receives $2 million for appearing on the E! Network reality show each year), and his family, including brother-in-law West.

Rob Kardashian may also be dating again. While nothing has been confirmed, Rob Kardashian shared a screenshot of a text message of a photo sent to him by Karrueche Tran months ago, which featured an image of herself. Since then, rumors have swirled regarding a possible romance between the two. Still, they have yet to speak on the topic.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 11 premieres on Sunday, November 15, at 9 p.m. on the E! Network. No official word yet on whether or not Rob Kardashian will appear.
