Jennifer Lawrence Reportedly Annoyed At Chris Martin And Wallis PDA, But Who Will Jen Move On With?
Jennifer Lawrence has played it pretty cool since she and Coldplay’s frontman officially called it quits a couple of months back. The two had carried on a rather low-key romance for a lengthy time and reports had been surfacing that the two were actually quite solid in their relationship. However, Jen and Chris parted and have kept themselves quite busy ever since. Lawrence has kept herself busy starring in more Oscar-worthy films, while Martin has spent a large majority of his time dating and enjoying life with Peaky Blinders star Annabelle Wallis.
Although Lawrence is typically cool in the face of unfortunate circumstance, it has been reported that she’s a bit miffed about her ex and his new girl making their displays of affection so public and is naturally a bit stung by how quickly Martin picked up and moved on from her. The Irish Independent recalls one such display of affection by Chris and Annabelle when “the pair were pictured in Paris literally dancing in the streets with glee earlier this month.”

Another scene between Jen’s ex and Annabelle, which was certainly made public, was when Annabelle flew to Malibu. The beauty arrived and when she did, Chris was waiting for her. The Daily Mail shares in regard to the affectionate welcome by Martin.
“Annabelle was seen arriving at Malibu Pier with a group of friends on Wednesday, where Chris was waiting for her.The loved-up rocker ran towards the blonde beauty and gave her a huge welcome as he picked her up and spun her around.”
The Irish Independent reminds that Chris Martin has always remained quite private about his relationships and usually steers clear of PDAs. It’s been noted that ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow and Martin were very private in displaying feelings for one another. Similarly, Chris acted this way with Lawrence, which is one reason claims are being made that JLaw is a tad bit annoyed by his and Wallis’ grandiose displays of glee in one another’s company.
Reports of anger from Lawrence came from an insider who relayed Jen’s manner of expressing her annoyance about Martin’s latest actions.
“She fired off an angry email to him when she saw the photos online. She still had some stuff at his place in LA and she was pretty pissed about the whole thing. Jen can’t believe she didn’t see it all along – it looks like Chris was using her to get over Gwyneth. Nobody wanted to think Jen was his rebound girl, but it definitely seems that way now.”
It’s hard to imagine or believe that Jennifer Lawrence was, or is, anybody’s rebound girl, yet it is understandable as to why the Oscar-winner would be a bit pinched by the whole thing. The relationship between Lawrence and Martin was always a bit confusing from the outside, and insiders also share that Jen found it a confusing circumstance, herself. The two were on-again-off-again for a year and apparently Jen ended the romance on several occasions. A source shares that Martin was always able to convince Lawrence to give it another shot.
“Jen feels hurt. I think she kept breaking things off with him, but he’d always convince her to come back to him. It felt like he was stringing her along.”
The source also communicated that it was Chris’ lack of follow-through that caused her the most hurt in the relationship, noting that Jen was mistaken for ” listening to what he said, not what he did” in regard to a promised long-term relationship. Martin and Wallis have been linked since mid August after Lawrence parted ways with the Coldplay star.
Jen is quite the talented and beautiful catch and will no doubt find herself someone entirely deserving. For now it seems the star is content gaining praise on the big screen.
