James Harden Update: Khloe Kardashian Visits Boyfriend As Lamar Odom Reportedly Hopes To Reconcile

James Harden and Khloe Kardashian are very much on, despite the reality star’s ongoing dedication to her husband Lamar Odom’s recovery. As Odom continues to make progress after suffering an alleged heart attack due to drug use earlier this month, Kardashian flew to Houston, where she supported boyfriend James Harden and his team, the Houston Rockets, in their first game of the 2015-2016 season.

James Harden and his team took on the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night, but unfortunately, Kardashian wasn’t able to see James Harden and the Rockets capture a win, as they lost by a whopping 20 points.

Although Kardashian’s trip to Houston was a major statement when it came to her feelings towards James Harden, whom she’s been dating since the summer, her husband, Odom, isn’t convinced she’s completely ready to walk away from their relationship.

On October 29, a source revealed the following to Hollywood Life in regard to what Odom thinks of Kardashian’s relationship with James Harden.

“[James Harden] doesn’t stand a chance with Khloe, at least not in Lamar’s eyes! The way Lamar sees it, he and Khloe are in love and there’s no going backwards. A few of Lamar’s organs may have shut down but his heart never stopped beating — it beats for Khloe. The divorce is off the table. She’s been at his bedside. She can say whatever she wants about her relationship with [James Harden], but Lamar’s watching her actions! Those speak louder than words and Khloe’s been nothing but an angel to him. He wants that life with her again. He’s doing everything in his power to get better on his own because he doesn’t want to be a burden on her. He’s fighting for Khloe just as much as she’s fighting for him. He’s not loosing her again!”

Prior to her relationship with James Harden, Kardashian was linked to a number of men, including rapper The Game, French Montana, and Rick Fox. However, despite her dating, she and Odom’s divorce was never finalized, and after he was hospitalized earlier this month, Kardashian called off the divorce altogether.

Throughout Kardashian’s time at Odom’s side, James Harden has remained silent about their relationship, at least in a direct sense. Around the time it was announced that both Kardashian and Odom signed paperwork to have their divorce thrown out, James Harden shared an Instagram video that featured a Future song about doing what one has to do. The video appeared to be aimed at Kardashian, but James Harden didn’t include her tag in the caption, nor did he give any other indication of such thing.

According to an October 29 report by Us Weekly, Kardashian watched James Harden’s game on Wednesday night from a suite at the Toyota Center, which is likely why no photos of her at the venue have surfaced. One day prior, the magazine confirmed Kardashian and James Harden were still together, claiming their relationship isn’t exactly 100 percent solid, but they were continuing to try to make it work.

“Khloe and [James Harden] are trying to stay in each other’s lives. Each day is something different, but they’re trying to see if they can still be together.”

James Harden’s next game with the Houston Rockets is scheduled for tonight, October 30. At 9:30 p.m., the Rockets take on the Golden State Warriors at the Toyota Center.
