Jeremy Calvert To File For Primary Custody Of Leah Messer’s Third Child After Adalynn Is Found By Police After Wandering Off?

Will Jeremy Calvert pursue full custody of his daughter, 2-year-old Adalynn? Currently, Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer is the child’s primary custodian due to his busy work schedule, which often keeps him out of town for weeks at a time, but that could soon change now that Messer has lost primary custody of her 5-year-old twins, Ali and Aleeah.

“Everyone is very worried about Addie,” a source told In Touch Weekly on October 21.

According to the new report, Jeremy Calvert’s young daughter recently wandered out of Messer’s West Virginia home, where Radar Online claims she lives with rumored boyfriend T.R. Dues, and was later found by police.

“She recently wandered out of the house while Leah was distracted. Thankfully, a police officer found Addie and brought her back home.”

While Jeremy Calvert’s current job as a pipe layer makes it nearly impossible for him to have his child full-time, he is reportedly searching for new employment in hopes of making room in his life for a primary role as a parent.

“If [Jeremy Calvert] can find [a job] nearby, he’ll go for the same custody arrangement that Corey did,” the magazine’s source revealed.

During the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, Messer’s first husband, Simms, took aim at her parenting during a phone call, in which he spotlighted her inability to wake up at a reasonable hour and care for their children.

“I was a sick a couple weekends ago and eating toast, and Aleeah’s like, ‘Oh I know how to make a toast.’ I’m like, ‘How the hell do you know how to make a toast? How do you even know how to use a toaster?’ This is what she said. She said, ‘Cause my mommy’s a sleepy head, and I have to make myself breakfast.’ Whenever your child says that, and she can show you how to make toast in a toaster to back up what she said, that’s hard!”

During the same episode, Simms was seen irate with Jeremy Calvert’s former wife due to her failure to get their daughter Ali, who suffers from muscular dystrophy, to her very important therapy appointment. According to Messer, she was unable to transport Ali to therapy because her other daughter, Aleeah, had been sick. However, after arriving home, the girls were seen playing with one another and painting their nails with one of Messer’s friends, who had stopped by her home.

Messer and Jeremy Calvert tied the knot in April 2012 and welcomed their first child, Adalynn, in February 2013. The pregnancy was not Messer’s first with Jeremy Calvert, but after becoming pregnant just months into their relationship, she tragically suffered a miscarriage.

Throughout the fifth season of Teen Mom 2, Messer and Jeremy Calvert were at odds over his work schedule, and Messer suggested they seek therapy. However, Jeremy Calvert was unable to make the appointments, and their relationship remained strained until Jeremy Calvert filed for divorce in November of last year.

Prior to filing for divorce, Jeremy Calvert accused Messer of cheating on him with Robbie Kidd on Twitter, but during the Season 6 reunion, it was an affair with her first husband, Simms (who was with wife Miranda at the time), which took center stage.

Messer and Jeremy Calvert’s divorce was finalized this past June. At the time, Messer was in rehab for what she claimed were issues of depression and anxiety.
