‘Southern Charm’ Season 3 Has Started Filming Polo At Whitney Field [Update]

Well, hell must be freezing over, because despite Thomas Ravenel swearing up and down that he would not participate in another season of Southern Charm, there he is, playing polo during a recent Southern Charm day of shooting in Aiken, South Carolina.

While the future of the show was still up in the air, there was a dispute between Southern Charm star Shep Rose and Thomas Ravenel, according to the Inquisitr, whether the show would survive. Thomas Ravenel had posted his thoughts on the future of the show, saying “it’s over” because he would refuse to participate. Shep Rose threw a yellow card on that play, saying that Ravenel doesn’t know what he’s talking about, as he drinks and then goes on social media.

“Thomas doesn’t know what he’s talking about,” Rose said. “He’s not a bad guy, but he has a few drinks and makes declarative statements.”

Rose has been vindicated now several times. It seems Ravenel posted the same rumors after season one, and there was a season two, complete with the former politician. Now, there is obviously a season three, and they are filming Ravenel at a match in Aiken. Two points to Shep Rose.

FITS NEWS caught up with the cast and crew who were filming at the ironically named Whitney Field. They are also reporting that Ravenel and Kathryn Calhoun Dennis are allegedly back on again, after the recent announcement that they are back together after it was made public that they are expecting a son, their second.

“A former statewide official, Ravenel was in the news earlier this month for getting head-butted at a Charleston, S.C. bar. That incident occurred a month after he was involved in a scuffle with another man outside of a five-star Florida resort – where Ravenel was allegedly having an extended romantic liaison with the man’s ex-girlfriend.”

Enstarz is reporting that this recent confirmation that Southern Charm season three is a go, with Ravenel, makes him once again a laughing stock. It seems he has now been quoted in several publications as saying that law suits are one of his hobbies, and now he wants to sue Bravo.

At the time, Ravenel told fans on Facebook, “I plan on doing another Season of Southern Charm– just as soon as a donkey wins the Kentucky Derby!”

“They’ve lied to me so many times but the last lie was just pathological. Had they just told me the truth I would’ve stayed on,” he wrote. “I actually hope they sue me. One of my hobbies is getting some evil person or corporation to sue me, and when I counter-sue I never lose. Caution: never try this with the federal government. That would be like a peasant going against the old USSR during the Stalin Regime.”

Ravenel also has another idea for his latest lawsuit: The city of Charleston, South Carolina. WISTV reported that after Ravenel was head butted in a Charleston bar, he threatened to sue the city after he changed his mind about pressing charges. “Just forget about the whole thing, I’m going to bring a 10 million dollar lawsuit against the city.” Police officials say authorities then told Ravenel once more about their procedures, after which Ravenel said,”Just forget it!” and hung up.

Ravenel later said he regretted threatening to sue the city of Charleston, yet later reneged. But according to the Inquisitr, Thomas Ravenel has continued to comment on Kathryn Calhoun Dennis’ alleged behavior while pregnant, and has not held his tongue, though at 54, he should be old enough to know that taking the high road is at least morally superior. Instead, Ravenel claims that Dennis used drugs while pregnant, after Dennis posted that Ravenel is still trolling Tinder.

Do you believe anything Thomas Ravenel has to say about season three of Southern Charm, or are you more likely to believe Shep Rose?
