Zayn Malik Cozies Up To Mystery Blonde, Plans To Move To L.A. For Good?
Zayn Malik has been spotted with a new blonde lady in his life. The former One Direction singer took to his new Instagram account, created under his first name “Zayn,” to share a photo of himself with the gorgeous mystery woman.
Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards ended their relationship a few months ago, but it looks like the moody crooner has his eye on another blonde woman. The 22-year-old bourgeoning singer shared a black-and-white photo of himself wrapping his arms around the unidentified lady on Saturday, Sept. 26. The photo shows Zayn wrapping his arm around the girl’s neck, and making a kissy face towards her cheek. Meanwhile, the blonde girl averts her gorgeous eyes towards Zayn’s direction, as she makes a duck face for the camera.
It also appears that both Zayn Malik and the mystery blonde are both topless in the photo; however, it could just appear that way. The Bradford bad boy posted the photo without including a caption.
Some fans believe that the mystery lady in the photo is actress Gage Golightly from the MTV series Teen Wolf. If the rumors are true, then they could be just friends, but the photo does make it look like their embrace is more than platonic. Zayn has been posting several mysterious black-and-white photos ever since he created the Instagram account, so it could be all part of his plan to re-market himself as a serious and sexy singer.
The photo was enough to make some of Malik’s fans have a meltdown on social media. Some of them commented on Malik’s photo, asking him why he only dates blonde women. Meanwhile, some fans noted that the British heartthrob has a type when it comes to his pick of the litter. Fans are still not over his breakup from Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards in July.
The “Black Magic” singer appears to be over Zayn though. During an interview earlier this week, Perrie said that she’s been “having a blast” with her band mates and girl friends as she takes on the single life. An inside source even told the Hollywood Life that the blonde cutie has moved on from Zayn, and is not even thinking about him. In fact, Perrie’s been focused on picking the traits that she would like to find in her next mate.
“Perrie is done being sad over her split from Zayn. She feels empowered and wants to thank Zayn for showing her what she doesn’t want in a boyfriend. She’s made a vision board of exactly what kind of guy she wants in her life.”
As for Malik, he’s ready to make a permanent move to Los Angeles. According to several reports, he wants to take on his new “normal life” in the stateside as he works on his debut solo album. Malik has no interest in moving back to the U.K. anytime soon, according to a previous report via Ace Showbiz. An alleged inside source told the celebrity gossip site that Malik prefers the Californian sunshine over the cloudy British weather.
“He definitely seems happier over there and doesn’t act as though he wants to come back to the UK anytime soon. It’s the lazy California lifestyle he loves. What he said at the party sums up his attitude. He’s done with Britain.”
Well, that explains Zayn’s mysterious tweet from Thursday, Sept. 24. Naughty Boy’s former protégé tweeted, “I don’t want you to wait for me, I’m not coming home,” complete with an emoji peace sign. Some of Zayn’s fans thought it was directed to his ex-fiancée, but what he really means is that he’s not returning home to the U.K. anytime soon.
Zayn Malik has been spotted at several parties and red carpet events ever since he stepped foot in California. He’s also been rumored to be dating a plethora of women. Zayn has been previously linked to Kylie Jenner and Zendaya ever since he followed them on social media. He’s most recently been linked to British pop star Rita Ora and Indian model Neelam Gill, but both ladies have denied the dating rumors.
