Jimmy Fallon, Trump Video Unveils Donald Trump’s Bromance With Kanye West & Pity For Hillary Clinton [Video]

Jimmy Fallon triumphed with Donald Trump, resulting in a video that went viral. Although Jimmy couldn’t quite halt the presidential candidate’s penchant for pronouncing his platform whenever possible, Fallon did achieve some memorable moments with Trump, shown in the videos that captured the highlights (watch below).

But perhaps one of the funniest moments came when Jimmy impersonated Donald. Fallon succeeded in carrying off a sketch in which he showed Trump’s pomposity, while also revealing his humor, reported E! News.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon gave Trump the opportunity to appear for the first time since formally becoming a presidential candidate. And Jimmy kicked it off with laughter by donning Trump-ish attire.

“Let’s be honest, Fallon’s a lightweight. No way he deserves to interview me,” said the Fallon as the impersonator. “The only one qualified to interview me … is me.”

Trump trumped that zing with humor.

“Me interviewing me? That’s what I call a great idea,” joked Donald.

For Jimmy, however, some of the most watchable moments of the evening came when Fallon got Trump to talk about whether the candidate actually has ever apologized, as well as his views on Kanye West, reported the Wrap.

Apparently deciding that a key to getting Donald to talk off-script was to ask unexpected questions, Jimmy probed about thinking back on his past in terms of expressing his regret over something he did. Fallon waited patiently as Trump pondered his past.

“This was not supposed to be one of the questions. I fully think apologizing is a great thing but you have to be wrong… I will absolutely apologize sometime in the distant future if I’m ever wrong.”

In addition, Jimmy talked with the presidential candidate about the wall that he wants to put up between the United States and Mexico. Donald proposed that he dub it “Trump Wall.”

But Jimmy did unveil some of the softer side of Donald. Fallon also talked with him about Carly Fiorina, who Trump proclaimed “very nice,” as well as Hillary Clinton and his new friend, Kanye West.

Trump said he felt sorry for Clinton when it came to her email server problems, reported the Washington Post.

“I feel terribly about it. Honestly, it’s tough stuff,” empathized Donald.

Then Trump turned to Kanye West.

“Kanye [West] is actually –- and I know him a little bit -– he’s actually a much better person than some people would think. Now if he runs for office and I happen to be running against him, I’m going to take that back.”

But are Kanye and Donald really pals? In Trump’s view, West is his new bromance buddy, reported NBC News.

Donald praised Kanye following West’s announcement that he may aim to become President in 2020.

“You know what? I will never say bad about him, you know why? Because he loves Trump!” proclaimed Donald. “Kanye West has been so great.”
