WWE Rumors: Booker T Talks Possibly Wrestling At ‘WrestleMania 32’ – Wants Harlem Heat Vs. Dudley Boyz

WrestleMania 32 is shaping up to be huge for WWE and it could be big for the state of Texas, as well. Rumors of the event being the retirement match for The Undertaker have come up, but he may not be ready to be done just yet. Other rumors state “Stone Cold” Steve Austin may be at WrestleMania, but it isn’t known what for. Now, another Texan has spoken up; Booker T says he wants Harlem Heat to face off with the Dudley Boyz.

Booker T was a guest on the Wrestling Compadres Slamcast, and he started talking about the return of the Dudley Boyz to WWE. He is really excited about them being back, and said that D-Von Dudley even revealed some news to him.

“I’m excited to see the Dudleys back in WWE. It’s the place where they should be. To finish their career on that stage the way they should finish it, for what they’ve given to the [professional wrestling] business, I think they are in the right place definitely at the right time.”

It does indeed seem like this could be the final run for the Dudley Boyz, but they won’t be going away anytime soon. They are signed with WWE full-time with contracts in place to finish their careers on the big stage.

With the return of the Dudleys, and Sting finally showing up in WWE, it seems like a lot of older stars are giving it one last shot. Booker T was asked if he would ever consider getting back into the ring, and it appears there is one thing that would have him wrestling again.

“I don’t foresee myself putting my boots on ever again unless it was a situation like the Harlem Heat versus the Dudleys or something like that. Otherwise, I have no interest in getting back in the ring.

“WrestleMania is coming around and it’s going to be in Texas next year. That’ll be a great place to actually do that if they want to do it. I wouldn’t mind having one last WrestleMania run.”

Would WWE actually put together a dream match at WrestleMania 32 that pits Harlem Heat vs. the Dudley Boyz?

As reported by Wrestling Inc., Booker T said the he does keep himself in shape just in case WWE ever calls on him to get back in the ring with his brother, Stevie Ray. Booker T even said that he knows Stevie Ray “is ready” and “excited”, adding that “if the call comes, I’ll be ready.”

Talk about taking a trip back to the days of the Attitude Era and the “Monday Night Wars.”

Harlem Heat is one of the most accomplished and successful tag teams in the history of WCW. The Dudley Boyz are one of the most decorated tag teams in the history of wrestling. If Booker T and Stevie Ray are ready for a tag team match at WrestleMania 32 in Texas, why wouldn’t WWE consider the opportunity?
