Rob Kardashian, after a long break from the limelight, has finally decided to show off his new, leaner look to his Instagram followers.
Kardashian, 28, struggled with excess poundage when he appeared in the reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians with his sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe. And it appears that after he left the show in 2013, he's been working hard at getting his svelte physique back.
In the Instagram pic, captioned "way off', Rob Kardashian reveals a slimmer face and body. To get his ripped body and confidence back, Kardashian has been working out and spending long hours in the gym. He aims to lose 100 lbs. and trainer Gunnar Peterson is helping him achieve his weight loss goal.
It also looks like Rob Kardashian's also very focused on eating healthy as well. The Instagram picture he recently shared also shows a half-eaten plate of vegetable salad.
A very private person, Rob Kardashian hasn't been posting much on his social media accounts, except for recent photos of himself and a few updates about his weight loss regime.
Rob Kardashian's friends and family are very happy with his decision to get fit and healthy. His mother, Kris Jenner, recently revealed that her son is working on improving himself.
In Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kris Jenner and her daughters have talked about Rob Kardashian's depression and the problems he's going through. They recalled that Rob had always been very active and athletic as a teen.
Malika Haqq, star of Dash Dolls and Rob Kardashian's close friend, said he is doing very well and has been taking good care of himself.
"Rob is doing very well. He has been working out and taking care of himself. I think Rob shares what he wants to share. When you're ready, you post. When you're ready to be seen, be seen. When you don't, leave him alone," Malika Haqq told E! News.
"We're very defensive about Rob. He's like a little brother," added Khadijah Haqq McCray, Malika's sister.
Rob Kardashian's trainer, Gunnar Peterson, is also impressed by his dedication. The fitness trainer said the former reality TV star has a very busy schedule but still manages to show up for his gym appointments all the time.
