Kaitlyn Bristowe And Shawn Booth Want To Go On Another Reality Show, Shawn Congratulates Ben Higgins On ‘Bachelor’

Apparently, being on The Bachelorette gave Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth the travel bug. The engaged couple now wants do another reality TV show involving a lot of travel: CBS’ Amazing Race.

On Sunday, in response to someone who said that Kaitlyn and Shawn should be on the next season of the around-the-world competition, Shawn said that it would be amazing to be on the show. He joked that their season would be the most “controversial” and “dramatic,” words frequently said on The Bachelor franchise, ever.

Someone responded that Kaitlyn and Shawn are just trying to extend their reality TV fame instead of making money with actual jobs. Kaitlyn pointed out that competing on the show, in which teams solve clues and complete tasks during a race around the world, is a lot of work.

While Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth have shown an interest in Amazing Race, they are remaining more silent on the rumors that Kaitlyn may be joining the celebrity cast of the 21st season of Dancing with the Stars. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, during an interview with a Canadian morning TV show two weeks ago, Kaitlyn said that she was not in negotiations to be on the upcoming season of the dance competition. Neither Kaitlyn nor Shawn gave any inclination on whether she would do the show if offered the opportunity.

If Kaitlyn and Shawn aren’t busy filming another reality TV show, they’ll likely watch Ben Higgins on The Bachelor. On Monday night, Chris Harrison announced that Ben, who was the third runner-up for Kaitlyn on The Bachelorette, is the new star of The Bachelor. Shawn, who developed a good friendship with Ben while they were competing for Kaitlyn, tweeted a congratulatory note to Ben the day after the announcement. Shawn said that he can’t think of anyone more deserving of the opportunity than Ben.

Shawn Booth also agreed with a fan that he and Kaitlyn Bristowe will be going on double dates with Ben Higgins and his future wife after his season of The Bachelor ends.
