Rita Ora Responds To Rihanna Feud Rumors, Discusses ‘Body On Me’ Music Video With Chris Brown

Rita Ora may be seeing massive success with her new track, “Body On Me,” featuring Chris Brown, but is the British songstress feuding with Brown’s ex, Rihanna, over the sultry track?

In an interview with The Sun, via the Mirror UK, Rita Ora opens up about her fear of death, alleged feud with Rihanna, and steamy music video with “Liquor” singer Chris Brown.

When quizzed about her rumored rivalry with Rihanna, Ora remained tight-lipped regarding what actually sparked the duo’s ongoing feud before gushing over Rihanna as an artist.

“It is what it is. I’m a fan. I’m a huge fan,” Ora admitted before noting that she doesn’t mind “being compared” to Rihanna because she’s an amazing artist.

Rumors of an ongoing feud between Rihanna and Ora surfaced earlier this month after sources close to the “Diamonds” singer revealed that Rih is less than impressed with Ora’s new collaboration with Chris Brown.

Urban Islandz reports that, according to sources, “There’s no lost love between [Rihanna and Rita Ora], but this is another example of what Rihanna perceives to be a lack of respect by Rita.”

The source continues, “Chris and Rihanna have a long history and she hit the roof when she heard about ‘Body On Me’— especially the video.”

Similarly, Rihanna and Ora’s alleged feud made headlines earlier this year after Rihanna reportedly “banned” the British songstress from her Met Gala after-party in May.

According to the Mirror UK, a source close to Rihanna revealed that she “has a real issue with Rita and this was her chance for revenge,” in regards to rumors that Rihanna had Ora banned from her event.

The source continued, “She made it clear when organizing her party that Rita was not to gatecrash under any circumstances.”

While Ora is reportedly garnering backlash from Rihanna and fans regarding her collaboration with Brown, the songstress gushes over the success of her “Body On Me” music video.

When asked about the video, Ora explains, “It was all about passion and feeling that intensity and sexual attraction without giving too much. Obviously we were very professional.”

In addition to speaking on her new collaboration and rumored Rihanna feud, Ora opens up about her battle with anxiety, revealing to the publication that she seeks help on an almost weekly basis to cope with her fear of dying.

“Death is my biggest phobia. I used to have panic attacks when I was little, saying, ‘Mum, I don’t want to die.’ I’ve been in therapy and still try to go every week,” Ora admits.

The songstress reveals that she had a panic attack in 2013 that altered her outlook on life.

“It scared the living s*** out of me. I started to value things, see things differently. This world can really eat you up and you can forget who you are.”
