Khloe Kardashian warns Caitlyn Jenner in a scene from I am Cait that shows Khloe’s desire to protect mom Kris Jenner. Khloe had the biggest challenges in accepting Caitlyn’s transition, said Jenner, and part of those challenges include wanting to stop what the 31-year-old sees as the 65-year-old’s negativity about her mother, reported People.
“We don’t care what you’re doing, meaning we don’t care if you want to transition, we want to support you and be there for you. But we don’t think that that entails you speaking negatively about my mom,” Khloe told Caitlyn.
“In our opinion, you don’t need to even mention our mom. Let’s focus on the actual cause here, and let’s not drag my mom through the mud,” begged Khloe.
Caitlyn has two daughters under the age of 20, pointed out Kardashian in a reference to Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
“I would think you would come from a place more of compassion, especially when you have two young daughters who are greatly affected by it,” Khloe added.
However, Caitlyn and Kris recently reconciled at Kylie’s 18th birthday party, as the Inquisitr reported. The Jenners even posed for a selfie with Kim Kardashian.
But for Khloe, life has been a series of endless challenges recently as a result of her rocky relationship with Lamar Odom, pointed out the Daily Beast.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has had to confront her demons in the forms of drugs and stalking allegations. And although Khloe and Odom did complete their divorce procedure last month, Lamar reportedly screamed at Kardashian outside a Beverly Hills health club recently.
Added to Odom’s DUI, alleged cocaine addiction, and reports of infidelity, Khloe then filed for divorce two years ago. But the drawn-out process and newest allegations about Odom, combined with the emotional shock she’s shown about the transition of Bruce Jenner to Caitlyn Jenner, have resulted in drawn-out stress for the 31-year-old.
Khloe is taking pride in a major accomplishment in terms of her health, however, and that’s in boosting her weight loss by working out with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, reported People.
And despite all that stress, Kardashian isn’t letting anything impact her slim-down or workouts, said her trainer.
“Khloé gives as much to the gym as the gym gives to her,” said Gunnar. “She’s in love with fitness.”
Kardashian does everything from lifting weights to boxing, but also diets devotedly, added Peterson.
“[Boxing is] great for the heart rate, great for hand-to-eye, great for balance. It’s good for your body to contract upon impact. As the changes have come, the diet has tightened up. You can’t out-train a bad diet, and you can’t out-diet a bad lifestyle. She’s made better choices when she eats. She’s been more conscious about working on sleep habits. She hydrates better.”
As a result, Khloe has lost 35 pounds and plans to continue, said Gunnar.
“She keeps getting after it and she keeps getting better,” revealed Peterson. “We’re always playing with [our workouts]; we’re always making it that much more challenging.”
