‘Big Brother 17’ Spoilers: Who Went Home From ‘BB17’ On August 13?
Big Brother 17 spoilers from Thursday night include two more evictions from the BB17 house. These Big Brother 17 spoilers are highlighted by the double eviction that took place, beginning with the houseguests deciding whether to send Shelli Poole or Vanessa Rousso to the jury house first. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the plan was to evict Shelli during that first ceremony of the evening. The vote ended up going exactly as fans of the live feed had expected. A report from fan site Big Brother Network discusses which direction the BB17 house went from that point.
In the first eviction ceremony, Austin Matelson, Steve Moses, James Huling, Liz Nolan, Julia Nolan, John McGuire, Meg Maley, and Jackie Ibarra voted to evict Shelli Poole. The final vote tally was 8-0 against Shelli remaining in the house. This makes Shelli the first member of the BB17 jury, but she wouldn’t end up walking out the door alone on this evening. Vanessa Rousso survived to fight another day, knowing that she was about to be at risk again when host Julie Chen announced that a double eviction was about to take place.
More surprising than Shelli getting evicted, were the Big Brother 17 spoilers that came from later in the August 13 episode. In the first Head of Household competition of the night, the nine competitors had a question game to decide who would take over the power. It involved answering questions about videos that had been playing in the BB17 house earlier in the week. James, Liz, Meg, and Jackie were eliminated on the second question. Julia and Vanessa were eliminated on the fourth question. Austin and John missed question six, making Steve Moses the new HOH.
For his Week 8 nominations for evictions, Steve went with Meg Maley and Jackie Ibarra, taking a shot at the Goblin Alliance in the process. Vanessa, James, and John joined those three in the first Week 8 Veto competition. In a backyard competition that involved rolling balls on a makeshift ski slope, it was John McGuire who won the Power of Veto. At the Veto ceremony, he decided to not use the power, leaving the BB17 house to vote on sending out Meg or Jackie. Vanessa, John, Austin, James, Liz, and Julia voted to evict Jackie. Becky was the only one to vote against Meg. This means the latest evicted houseguest and second member of the jury is Jackie Ibarra.
There are more Big Brother 17 spoilers that will come out later on Thursday night, including who has taken over the power in the house. The winner of the second Head of Household competition will play out on the live feeds, with information to be revealed as it comes out of the BB17 house.
