Man Reportedly Puts Up Epic Yard Sign With Major Threat After Dog Killed By Speeding Driver [Photo]
Everyone has seen at least one driver speeding through a residential area. In some cases, careless drivers have failed to drive responsibly, even when there are children playing outside. But, one man has reportedly reached his breaking point with the carelessness of irresponsible drivers, and he now has a message for them all.
According to Mirror Online, a photo of the man’s recent “announcement” was shared on social media, and now it has gone viral. Apparently, his family’s dog was killed by a speeding motorist. So, now he has an epic message for drivers who think it’s okay to speed in his residential area. Needless to say, the man is quite upset over the dog’s death, and refuses to even fathom the thought of the dog had been one of his children. So, he wants speeding drivers to know the consequences if one of his children were to suffer the same type of tragic accident.
“We buried our dog last week because you won’t SLOW DOWN… If you hit 1 of my kids your family may be burying you.”
On Thursday, August 13, the photo surfaced on Imgur and has received more than two million views in just 13 hours. Apparently, the photo of the epic yard sign was posted to the network by the man’s neighbor.
Of course, the epic threatening yard sign has received an overwhelming response, and hundreds of viewers have voiced their opinions. Although many sympathized with the man and offered condolences for his loss, some viewers actually blamed him for the death of his dog. While the driver may have been speeding, many viewers feel the man should have made a better effort to ensure the dog was contained.
