Kylie Jenner wants to know the complete rundown on her fortune. Eager to take complete control of her career and finances, she might be headed for a feud with her mother, Kris.
Mere hours after becoming a legal adult, Kylie Jenner appears all too eager to know about her entire fortune she made till date and is even willing to challenge her mother, Kris Jenner. Kylie Jenner turned 18 yesterday. Normally, that wouldn’t have been big news, but the Keeping up with the Kardashians reality star chose to post quite a few sexy pictures that would have caused a stir only a few hours earlier.
Kylie, who seems passionately in love with her boyfriend Tyga, appears all set to take control of her finances, which are by no means small. It is estimated that Kylie currently has a net worth of little over $5 million. However, since she wasn’t of legal age, Kylie Jenner’s fortune was managed (or controlled?) by her mother, Kris Jenner.
Now the legally-an-adult daughter of Kris Jenner and former Olympian, Caitlyn Jenner, Kylie wants to control her burgeoning fortune and her career all by herself with no input from her mother.
Quoting a source, Radar Online reported on the situation.
“She hasn’t even been eighteen for a full day yet and is already acting like a terror by trying to call all the shots. Kylie is demanding that Kris give her access to her entire fortune immediately as well as a full rundown of where all her money is. “
While as an adult, Kylie should have complete and unrestrained legal access; all her siblings seem to trust their mother Kris with the majority of their monetary assets. Incidentally, Kris also functions as their manager. Unfortunately, Kylie feels mom Kris isn’t forthcoming about all the details about her multi-million dollar fortune, nor is she as good a businesswoman, as she implies, said the source,
“[Kylie] says she even suspects that her mother is not being completely honest with her about how much money she really has. She has even been going behind Kris’ back and asking her sisters how much money they get paid per episode for the show and how much money they each pay Kris for managerial fees…She says it’s her money and she wants all of it now.”
Reaching 18 years of age may give you the right to own and control your money, finances and in Kylie’s case, a fortune, but does the age accord the mental faculties to manage it well?
