Shannon Beador Gives Marriage Update, Comments On Tension With ‘RHOC’ Co-Star Meghan King Edmonds

Shannon Beador spoke of her husband, David Beador, and her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars, including Meghan King Edmonds, during an interview with Perez Hilton on August 3.

During her chat with the entertainment new site, Shannon Beador admitted it has been difficult to relive her husband’s affair as the 10th season of the show plays out. However, because of the good that has come out of filming the show and exposing her issues to others, Shannon Beador doesn’t regret her decision to return to the show at all.

“David and I are doing better than I ever thought we were capable of doing. So, it’s a blessing… If we can send a message that after an eight-month infidelity, you don’t need to throw in the towel on your marriage and break up your family, then we want to do that and if we can inspire other couples to continue to work and make an effort, that’s all a good thing.”

Shannon Beador and her husband not only exposed his affair, but also revealed what they have done in the months since to salvage their relationship, including their many therapy sessions. As fans saw on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon Beador has partaken in a number of difficult exercises with her husband, including a couple of pretend eulogies.

As for her ongoing tension with Meghan King Edmonds, Shannon Beador claimed her co-star’s immaturity level was difficult to deal with.

“I don’t think it’s a personality clash. I think it’s Meghan stirring the pot. Since the season started, I have cut off communication with her. I think she’s gone a bit below the belt in her comments about me. It’s not the maturity — it’s the age.”

Shannon Beador also expressed her disappointment in Brooks Ayers passing on her offer to help him with his cancer, telling Perez Hilton, “Do I wish that Brooks would have taken me up on the offer to go to a world-renowned doctor that is 20 minutes from their home and spend an hour there? Ye, I do. But he chose not to, so I have to respect that.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Ayers’ cancer has been questioned by a number of cast members, including Edmonds, who felt she was clearly missing something after hearing of Ayers’ coffee enemas.
