Lauren Bush Pregnant With First Baby: See The Instagram Announcement!
Lauren Bush Lauren, granddaughter of the 41st president and niece of 43rd president George W. Bush, is pregnant with her first child and took to Instagram to excitedly tell the world. Lauren Bush is a designer and is married to David Lauren, son of designer Ralph Lauren, reports E! News.
Lauren shared a sunset photo from Big Sur on Sunday, July 26th of the designer with her husband on Instragram, captioning the photo with the news that she’s pregnant. Lauren wrote that she is “blessed and excited” to be pregnant, and can’t wait “to welcome our little one to the world this November!”

The new baby will be in good company, since Lauren’s cousin, Jenna Bush Hager, is pregnant with her second daughter, who is expected this August, and David’s sister Dylan Lauren welcomed twins in April.
According to Us Weekly, Bush married David Lauren in September 2011 after dating since 2004. The pair became engaged during a date at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, when Lauren asked Bush to marry him in front of an exhibit he’d created to celebrate their love, and were married at a star-studded event in Colorado. Now 4 years later, Lauren is pregnant.
“It’s only been a few weeks, but so far, so good,” Lauren Bush confessed to People magazine shortly after her wedding. “I’m very happy.”

Lauren Bush, like her famous husband, is also a designer and is the CEO of FEED Projects, a company that designs products to help the world, according to their website. “Ultimately, we believe that everyone has the right to basic human necessities, such as healthy and nutritious food. FEED is proud to help FEED the world, one product at a time,” the website for Lauren’s company says.
Lauren Bush’s grandfather, former president George H.W. Bush was in the news lately after he broke a bone in his neck, and was reported as in “fair condition.” His spokesman said he “fractured his C2 vertebrae,” according to E! News. Bush’s spokesman also told reporters that the former U.S. leader remains hospitalized, but his injury is not serious. George Bush, Sr. is expected to make a full recovery.
According to Bush’s spokesman, “the president never lost consciousness and the injury he sustained neither impinged on his spine nor resulted in any neurological deficits.” The former president hasn’t released a statement since learning Lauren pregnant.
