Casey Aldridge, Jamie Lynn Spears Boyfriend, Injured in Serious Car Wreck

Reports are coming in that Casey Aldridge, Jamie Lynn Spears boyfriend, was injured in a serious car wreck early Sunday morning and will undergo emergency surgery today to remove a blood clot from near his brain.

Aldridge, 18, was returning home from a fishing trip in Amite Counts, MS, with his friends in an F150 Ford pickup when they wrecked the vehicle. His friends came out of it with minor injuries but Casey was not so lucky. He suffered head trauma that has caused a dangerous blood clot to form near his brain.

He will undergo emergency surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where doctors will try to repair the damage.

Casey Aldridge is the boyfriend of Jamie Lynn Spears and father of their daughter, Maddie.
