Melissa Gorga Talks Teresa Giudice, Lauren Manzo’s Wedding, And Dina Manzo On ‘WWHL’

Melissa Gorga appeared on Thursday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live with fellow housewife LuAnn de Lesseps, and during the show, she addressed her sister-in-law’s current incarceration, as well as Lauren Manzo’s weekend wedding.

When a caller phoned in to the July 23 episode of the late night show, asking how Teresa Giudice was handing her 15-month prison term, the Real Housewives of New Jersey offered the following statement, according to Reality Tea.

“As well as can be expected for the situation. She’s holding in there. She’s really strong and she’s really good at keeping it positive especially when she talks to the girls on the phone and connects with her husband and everyone.”

Melissa Gorga went on to tell host Andy Cohen that Giudice’s four daughters were doing really well, and confirmed she’d been seeing them often. Although Melissa Gorga hasn’t yet visited her sister-in-law yet, she said her husband, Joe Gorga, has, and revealed she’d requested to be added to Giudice’s guest list. However, at this point, Melissa Gorga has yet to be approved for a visit, and according to Cohen, that may be the result of Giudice’s failure to approve her.

This past weekend, Melissa Gorga and her husband, Joe, the younger brother of Giudice, attended the wedding of Lauren Manzo, who was a previous cast member of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Also in attendance was Dina Manzo, but rather than go to the ceremony and reception, Dina, who has been in a family feud with Lauren’s mother, Caroline, for the last few years, chose to skip the reception.

“I haven’t seen Dina in a really long time. I know she was at the church, but I didn’t not see her at the wedding. I haven’t seen her in a while.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Melissa Gorga recently began filming scenes for Joe Giudice’s upcoming Bravo special, which features him and his children, as they navigate through life without Teresa. Earlier this week, a source told Radar Online Melissa Gorga was amid production, and claimed Teresa was okay with her playing a part on the special.

“Melissa is filming with the girls. She has been really close to them and has been a part of their lives since their mom went away.

“Teresa doesn’t care any more that Melissa is filming with the girls and [Joe Giudice]. She just wants to get out of prison and be back with them.”

Melissa Gorga has starred on The Real Housewives of New Jersey since the show’s third season as a full-time housewife.
