Watch Jimmy Fallon’s Surprise Appearance With Bono At Madison Square Garden

Fans were pumped at U2’s concert at Madison Square Gardens as Bono invited surprise guest Jimmy Fallon on stage to jam.

Time reports that Fallon, a host from The Tonight Show, held a sign in front of his face that said “Singer with a broken finger” before his surprise appearance on stage with U2, where he joined the band in a rendition of “Desire” using his best imitation of Bono.

He joked that “it’s not easy being Bono” as fans cheered his surprise performance.

The surprises didn’t stop there, The Roots, Jimmy Fallon’s hip hop band from The Tonight Show, also made a surprise appearance and were invited onstage to play with U2, moonlighting an energetic rendition of “Harlem Angel.”
