Nick Jonas & Selena Gomez: Nick ‘Coy’ About Dating Selena Gomez, Open To Meeting Kendall Jenner

Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez are supposedly dating, but when asked about the rumors, Nick played it off like it wasn’t a big deal. According to Refinery 29, Jonas was chatting with CapitalFM when he was asked about a recent run-in with Selena Gomez. He didn’t say that the two were an item, but that he did enjoy catching up with the “Come And Get It” singer.

“We kinda ran into each other a couple of weeks ago. We were both with separate groups of friends,” Jonas said. “I put a dinner together with a bunch of really great people, like the Haim girls that I love. We connect in that sense. It was nice to connect and just catch up, I’ll leave it there,” he added.

Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez have not publicly commented on their new rumored romance, but Nick Jonas’ reps were contacted for clarification on his comments, and it was made pretty clear that Nick was not out on a date with Selena, but the two just bumped into each other while out to dinner with their respective friends. Despite some witnesses saying there was some awkward moments and some flirting, others say that the two kept things completely casual and platonic.

According to HNGN, Nick didn’t give away too many details, likely wanting to keep his private life on the DL. Since he recently broke things off with longtime girlfriend Olivia Culpo, any relationship he might be in at this time would still be very new.

“Selena, obviously you’ve been there before. And you did say on this show she’s a great kisser, she’s a sweetheart, I love her and she’s a single pringle,” said Max Akhtar, host of the British radio station Capital FM, to Nick Jonas before his response (above).

And if Nick Jonas is not dating Selena Gomez, there might be another chick on his radar soon. According to Celebuzz, Nick’s brother, Joe Jonas, is trying to get Nick to go out with Kendall Jenner. Joe is dating Kendall’s BFF, Gigi Hadid,

“[Joe] has mentioned that a few times and so has Gigi. We’ll see, I don’t know,” Nick said of potentially going out with Kendall.
