Uniqlo Sex Tape Arrests: Couple Arrested Over Sex In Clothing Store Fitting Room
The couple in the now infamous Uniqlo sex tape has been arrested. According to reports by Mashable and China Daily Asia, the man and woman were among a total five people taken into custody in relation to the viral sex tape. The footage was allegedly shot at the Uniqlo clothing store in Beijing, China on Wednesday.
Since the tape went viral, Uniqlo has come forward to assure the public of its innocence in the matter. Uniqlo has said that that neither the company nor anyone associated with it had anything whatsoever to do with the fitting room hijinks.
“As a responsible international brand, Uniqlo is dedicated to providing consumers with safe, comfortable and quality shopping experiences and locations. We would like to remind all customers to abide by society’s moral standard…and properly and appropriately use our fitting rooms.”
Exactly how is it that the police, Uniqlo, and the entire internet now knows that the sex tape was filmed in the clothing store? During the sexy clip, an employee is heard speaking over the location’s intercom; she identified the store by name. Interestingly, the woman on the speaker mentioned that there were no fitting rooms on the first floor, and suggested customers head to the second and third floor if they needed one.

Even more interesting is the increase in customers and publicity that Uniqlo has enjoyed since the sex tape scandal. Mashable reports that searches for the Japan-based chain soared over the past week. Numerous people have visited the location to take selfies. The boom in attention and possible sales has made Chinese officials suspicious; it’s reported that police are currently investigating to determine whether or not the risqué fitting room footage was in fact part of a publicity stunt.
If Uniqlo is found to be involved in any way, the brand could face a fine of $32,000 to $161,000 and have its license to sell items in China revoked.

Thus far not much is known about the couple in the video or the three other people connected to the sex tape. It is known that someone in the group uploaded the steamy minute-long footage to Weibo, the Chinese equivalent of Twitter. During the clip, the unidentified man can be heard asking his nude woman companion to “call him husband.” Kinky.
