Ed Sheeran Tattoos Everyone After A Boys’ Night Out With Teen Band Rixton; Performs With Elton John

Ed Sheeran invited the boy band, Rixton, to support him tour in the United States, and even since then, the warmth and friendliness between them has been reaching new proportions.

It was recently revealed by Rixton band member Jake Loach that Ed Sheeran had inked tattoos on the fivesome after a fun night out together. The tattoo, which reads “Ladz On Tour,” is a little ironic dig by Ed Sheeran at the fact that the five of them are the “opposite of lads.” Jake Loach recounted how it all came about, reported the Mirror.

“It sounds ridiculous but it’s because we’re the opposite of lads. You won’t see us going to Magaluf for a long week-end – we prefer a quiet pint in a country pub. Ed drew it out and we got one as well. His is on his chest, Charley’s is on his ribs, Lewi’s is on his arms and Danny’s is on his a**e.”

What a great place to get your first tattoo, Danny! While for Jake, this tattoo is one of many.

“I’m covered in silly tattoos from when we’ve had a few drinks and ended up regretting it, but they are memories.”

According to the Northern Star, Ed Sheeran is now all geared up to get another tattoo — a lion resembling the crest of England’s football team — after his three momentous sellout performances at Wembley.

On Friday, July 10, 2015, Ed Sheeran was joined by none other than Sir Elton John himself, and the two of them performed Elton’s “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” and Ed’s “Afire Love.” As momentous as it would have been for Ed Sheeran to perform with Sir Elton John, it’s not the first time the two megastars have shared the same stage. Back on February 10, 2015, Ed Sheeran performed his self-written “The A Team” with Sir Elton live at the 55th Grammy Awards.

Meanwhile, it seems Ed Sheeran doesn’t just share his stage with the crème de la crème of the music world, but equally so with his fans.

In a video which surfaced on the web recently, Ed Sheeran surprised a young girl who was singing “Thinking Out Loud” by joining her on stage in Alberta, Canada.

According to the Edmonton Journal, thirteen-year-old Sydney Bourbeau was performing the song as part of a humane society fundraiser for her music school when she saw somebody walk up to her. She thought it was a technician who had come up to fix the microphone — until the crowd began cheering. In the biggest surprise of Sydney’s life, the supposed technician turned out to be Ed Sheeran himself.

Isn’t that pretty? Once again, Ed Sheeran has proved why he amassing fans all over the world.
